When I have booked onboard, in the past, the transfer to my agent was automatic & immediate. Last I reserved onboard was February, 2023.

I’m not certain. My first Celebrity cruise is coming up shortly. Noticed it on their website to buy. I think the amounts are similar.

I am a newbie to CEL & my check-in date is 12/26. Does it make a difference if I checkin at midnight (assuming that time works) or do it later in the morning. In concierge class & Eastern time zone. Thanks

Sometimes it does & sometimes it doesn’t. We just had a fare adjusted & were able to keep our OBC.

We are flying to Ft. Lauderdale in February & CEL had a great price in F.

I am 5* & did not get AARP added to cruises booked before the program started. However, price just went down on a booking, it was repriced & now I have the AARP OBC. Travel agent handled it all so I’m uncertain how it was handled.

I’ve been checking my 28 day cruise for HIA prices & it shows $-1550 for 2. i keep trying to purchase with no $$ needed but it won’t allow. I know it’s a glitch & keep hoping 1 day it will go through. 😆

If the credit hasn’t shown up, you need to call. You then have a year to use the credit. If you don’t have a cruise reserved to put it towards, I’d wait to call until you have one.

Not this this helps this situation, I lay folded clothes on the bed so I can fit it all in 1 photo & put in the bag. I delete the photo after I get the laundry back.

I was just turned down for getting the OBC on previously booked cruises. Asked my agent to try again in a week or 2….or whenever she talks to them. Maybe she’ll get one to say yes!
