  1. How does it work - do you wait until you are disembarked and then use the app to get them? How do you know which Uber is here for you? Thanks
  2. We'll be disembarking in Boston and considering how we'll get from the port to where we pick up the rental car on Atlantic Ave. We're thinking about Uber but have never used them and wondering how easy it will be to find the right Uber at the port. Any hints would be appreciated.

  5. Yes, Serenade, sorry. Coming from the NE - Hamilton. We'll be there the day before departure - Oct 4th. I think Hamilton is NE of Boston, but it's been a long time since I've been there. That's helpful, thank you.
  6. We are cruising in October on the Symphony out of Boston. We will be arriving in the morning of cruise day via rental car - probably Budget. Is the rental car return at the airport or off site. What is the best way to get from rental car return to the port? Also, what is the best way to get from the port to the airport on the last morning? Thanks.

  10. Just off HOTS today after another great cruise. We were surprised on the first night to find a crew member stationed outside the Diamond Lounge checking Sea Pass Cards for status. The concierge, Elaine, explained that they had been having a problem with people trying to bring guests into the lounge, and giving her a tough time when she explained that it was only for Diamond and up members. A crew member was there every night and the system was working well. We never had a problem getting seats, even enjoyed a very pleasant conversation with a Pinnacle who was there because his friend was not qualified for the suite lounge. On formal night the crew member was also enforcing the "no shorts" rule. The system seems to be working.
