On a recent booking, I did receive the on-board credit from a future cruise deposit. However, when and how do we get the initial $100 future cruise deposit back? Thanks.

We will be arriving on a California Coastal Cruise on the Crown Princess in San Pedro on November 1st. We will be picked up and dropped off during that day by my sister-in-law from Huntington Beach, neither of us have been to San Pedro. Can you drive directly to the terminal to be picked up (or to be dropped off). If so, where. Or do you need to park somewhere first? Thanks in advance

If we are in a standard cabin (NOT plus or premium), will Princess now add a room service delivery charge for the Elite Canapes benefit on formal nights?

I plan to take a roundtrip cruise from San Francisco to Vancouver and Victoria in 4 weeks. Is a US Passport necessary to board or will a Birth Certificate and/or Real ID Driver's License be sufficient? At the time I renewed my passport on-line at the end of January, the estimated wait time was 6 to 8 weeks. It is now 8 weeks and I am still waiting. New renewals now take 8 to 12 weeks (only by mail and not even by on-line). I will be boarding in another 4 weeks. I know if I have not received my passport in another 2 weeks, I can call and go through the process, expense, and anxiety of expediting the passport. I will if absolutely necessary, but is there an alternative (such as above birth certificate, real ID). Can I even board with my old passport still in my possession (still valid by date on passport, but technically invalid at the time when I sent in my on-line renewal). Can I trust what Princess says when I call them about the alternative IDs. I was told that birth certificate is OK. I hate to be denied on the whim of someone during embarkation. Thanks for any insight.

If I am able to give or assign it to the other person's medallion, then I will not have "to tether" to the other when he wants coffee. How, when, who, and where do you do the minibar exchange for coffee cards?

Hi, we have a non-elite person as a 3rd person in our cabin. Is it possible to give one (or assigned one) of our exchanged coffee cards to the 3rd non-elite person (platinum) in our cabin? Thanks for any clarifications.

From time to time I noticed great rates being offered by Princess. Although we are elite members, we are never offered any significant rates, other than the general advertised generic "sales" throughout the year. How long, how often, what games do we need to play in the casino before being one of the chosen ones? Thanks for any input.😂😂😂

We will on the Ruby Princess next month SF -Hawaii RT. What happens if one is tested positive for Covid and is isolated a few days prior to day of disembarkation in SF and still positive on day of disembarkation? Are you allow to self disembark?

We will on a 15 day cruise on the Ruby Princess to SF- Hawaii RT. We would be requesting a table of 4 daily same time early dining. What are the differences (if any) between the 3 dining rooms, i.e., Botticelli, DaVinci, and Michelangelo. Thanks in advance for any insight between them.

Could someone clarify how the 4-device plan work? Can my spouse and myself share our 4 devices (2 ipads and 2 iphone) and use them all concurrently? Do we need to sign on with the same login and password? If I assume the sign-in is only with one medallion, could you log on all your devices once in the AM on the one medallion purchased or do the different devices automatically log off after not being used and need to be re-logged again on the one medallion? Once logged in, do the devices need to be close to the medallion or could they be used separately in different areas of the ship. Thanks for any input on internet usage.
