Thanks' UKstages, Yes, a TA told me that all drinks were included. All drinks!!!! I thought that was strange since I saw some really high dollar whiskeys are served. She also told me that booking a club suite included the same perks as all the suites, but we found out different on that as well. We didn't book with her, but I wanted to check facts first. Can you tell me how it is charged? If I want a $100 whiskey, do they just give a percent off? Thanks in advance...

Hello to all... I have a quick question about upgrading to the premium drink package. When you upgrade, does it include the really good drinks in the whiskey bar? I have been told some are really expensive and I don't see how they are included, but my TA said that if you have the Premium package, everything was included. Is this true? Sorry for the question... We have never sailed Norwegian before and are trying to get the facts, not speculation.

We have never been to Alaska and we have never been on Norwegian before, so we are really looking forward to the cruise. For those who have been on Norwegian and Carnival, what is the largest difference you see between the two companies?

The larger balcony sounds great. That in itself would make it worth the extra cost. We are going to Alaska, so we will be on the balcony a lot. Quick question- we booked the starboard side of the ship because we heard it was the side to be on to see the sights. Is this true?

Hello, Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I am new to Norwegian and had a few questions about reserving a Club Balcony Suites. First, is there any benefit to getting a Club Balcony Suite over a standard balcony? It is almost the same price, so I thought I might try it, but I do not know anything about this room type. It will be just my wife and myself. Is this room made for more than just 2 people? Are there any perks to getting this room? Priority boarding? Reservations? ect? We are taking a cruise to Alaska; is there any suggestions you have for the Norwegian Encore and just going to Alaska in general? Thanks for your help....

How the the staff? Really short handed? Can you tell that they are running short? Is anything closed due to staff shortage?

Thanks for all the replies. It has been a few years since I have sailed and there seems to be a good number of changes. Some for the better, and some, not so much. It is good to know that this key card placement is not an issue.

Ok- forgive me for being so cynical, but what would keep someone from just stealing your key card?

I have read on these post that you do not receive your room key card until you get to your room.... Is this true? if this is true, how do you get into your room to get the key card? Any help would be great!

Hello, Can anyone explain the process of how you are supposed to upload a negative Covid Test to Verifly? My wife and I plan on getting a NAAT test from Walgreens and they said they would email us the results. Can someone who has done this before explain the process? Thank You in Advance....

We are more, Mel Fisher Museum kind of people. I love snorkeling, but my wife, not so much . lol. This will be our first cruise in 22 years with just us. No kids, no family, just the two of us. She likes shopping and walking around. That's where we are going to spend the most of out time. Might be a day of the Museums, Hemingway's house, the Fort and shopping.....
