Many years ago, one major commercial airline replaced coffee spoons with stirrers. It saved tons of money, and I believe it earned a big bonus for the flight attendant who recommended it.
Was that airline AA or UA? Mr B and I are not in agreement.
Bizarre for your TA not to have received the invoice. Perhaps YOU should try one phone call, and ask to have the invoice sent directly to you.
If/when the person at the other end of the phone says no, I think you should ask to confirm the email address they have on file for your TA. Presumably your TA has already done that, perhaps multiple times. But I feel like this warrants acting like a dog with a bone.
I can see why you and the TA are frustrated to the nth degree! Hopefully one of you will hit the jackpot soon with a Crystal person who can generate the invoice again.
Why do you think they can’t deliver? I haven’t seen anybody say they are onboard and can’t get a res. at a specialty restaurant. Perhaps I’m not reading carefully enough.

I believe the web site quotes include taxes and fees.
The first quote he gave me was without those fees, but when I asked, he figured out how to add them in.
Believe me, you do not want to be doing this yourself, unless you’re your own agent.
