  1. I have written an email to privacy@princess.com.au as I can't actually see where I've agreed for Princess to pass on my details to a third party Visa Service company. The email I received from CIBT was totally personalized i.e : name / address / booking reference / dates of travel / itinerary. I can't see how this can be right 😞 Princess response today : Thank you for contacting Princess Cruises regarding your concern or query. We are currently receiving an unprecedented number of e-mails. Due to this, our reply time is currently around 5 working days. So hopefully I will have an update in 5 working days
  2. yep - totally agree erewhon - I have just emailed privacy@princess.com.au I found another identical email in my trash folder too. Whilst I believe CIBT are a legitimate company, this seems like a very underhand way of selling visas, in my humble opinion!
  3. I got one this morning. The communication would imply that Princess have forwarded my details to CIBT. They know my email address, my name, my sail date and itinerary. I'm surprised that Princess would be allowed to forward this info on - I will contact Princess in due course and would suggest others do the same. Seems like a privacy issue to me......
