  1. We were on the Riviera Jan/Feb.  Food was outstanding.  It was so good that we booked the Regatta to Mexico in May.  We were VERY disappointed with the food. Dining Room menu was poor in both choice and taste.  Service was not nearly as good as on the Riviera.  We thought we had found our cruise line for future cruises.  Now not so sure.

  2. We sailed on the Riviera on Jan 28.  The food and service in all venues was EXCEPTIONAL.  We are on the Regatta now.  There are only two Specialty restaurants, Polo and Toscana.  Toscana has been closed since we boarded on May 3rd due to “operational issues” that we were told has to do with Covid.   We have eaten at Polo twice and multiple times in the Dining Room and the Terrace. The food and dining service on the entire ship(including Polo) is just ok.  The choices are just ok.  It is definitely not “the best cuisine at sea” that we experienced on the Riviera just three months ago.

  3. We walked to the beach in St Barts -  15-20 minutes. Easy walk. We spent so much time in the water, we didn’t need a chaise. There were chaises there, but I don’t know if they rent to anyone or are for guests of a nearby place. Never asked. The cove was just beautiful. I sat on a flat rock for about 15 minutes just enjoying the view.

  4. We are onboard for our first Oceania cruise. I am so happy we decided to not cancel. I feel very safe onboard and with only 462 onboard, the service has been great. Spent two beautiful days at the beach in St Barts and St Kitts. Even won at the first day of bingo. The food is amazing and it has been easy to get additional reservations at the specialties. The only mandatory testing will be for Puerto Rico and that will be on Day 8 of our 10 day cruise. They are very good about reminding us when we forget to put our mask back on. Any questions??

We will be cruising with you on 1/28.  We are flying from AZ to FL tomorrow and will enjoy a day at the beach before the moment of truth when we get our Covid test at the port.  Should be an interesting adventure.  We have cruised the Caribbean a lot and originally picked this cruise because we had not been to 5 of the 6 ports.  Like you, we are ok with wherever we end up going.  And a special thanks to those onboard the last two cruises who by posting at this site, gave us the ability to say "yes" to this cruise!

  6. Thanks to you NYMICH.  We are on the  1/28 Riviera cruise and have vacillated between cancelling or traveling. After reading your comments, we have decided to  take the cruise. Thank you for helping us to decide.  Have a great trip!!
