  1. We are currently on the Grandeur. Have not noticed anywhere onboard being loud.Lively perhaps which is a good thing!

  3. We were on the March 5 cruise on Grandeur. Chair hogging was really bad. We never could sit poolside the entire 10 days. Stuff left in chairs… slippers and books!
  4. We have stayed at both of The Four Seasons Hotels. Both are great! Booked them thru American Express Platinum.
  5. I would like to see Sette Mari at La Veranda become a dinner specialty restaurant requiring a reservation. The restaurant always has a long line waiting to get in. More people may decide to eat there if they could make a reservation.
  6. My husband has had a filet in Prime 7 many times on all the ships. Most of the time very good but sometimes not good at all.
  7. We r currently on the Grandeur. The filet in Prime 7 had no taste and it definitely was not Prime beef. We have eaten in some of the best steakhouses in the USA and know what Prime beef should taste like. Wolfgang’s in NYC Mortons Capital Grill The Palm in NYC Peter Lugers in Brooklyn New York Prime in Boca Raton, Florida Joes Stone Crab in Las Vegas Our Costco sells Prime beef. Jacob’s in Toronto serves Prime beef. Fabulous restaurant!
  8. We are on the Grandeur. The hairdryers need to be replaced. Awkward to use as u must keep your finger on the on bottom. If u have a bandaid or scotch tape u can tape it down. Poor choice of a hairdryer. The usual chair hogging issue. Crew and service great. Filet in Prime 7 had no taste.
  9. Pool Deck Supervisor: The Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach supervises the pool deck and the beach. When you go to the beach they ask for your name and room number. They set up the umbrellas and give you towels. The beach is monitored. Same at the pool. Staff is there.
  10. GOArmy: I remember that incident. Management needs to resolve this issue. A pool deck supervisor!!
  11. I was on the Splendor several years ago and had a conversation with the Captain about this issue. Even though the chair policy was posted poolside the crew will not engage a passenger regarding the chair issues poolside. I moved someone’s stuff off their chair after noticing they were gone over 60 mins. Put the belongings on a table, got a clean towel for the chair and I proceeded to sit down. They eventually returned and were bewildered trying to find their stuff. I’m not intimidated by these rude and inconsiderate passengers.
  12. Read the latest reviews of the Miramar Hotel on TripAdvisor. Yikes!!!
  13. Regent needs to put more 2 tops in the restaurants. Old people don’t like to have dinner reservations after 8:00pm.
  14. Tnr… So how did Regent book you to Barcelona?
  15. Is Regent still going to book flights on for example a Delta flight operated by Air France? Or KLM?
  16. I have friends who went on the Explorer 1 in January and loved it. These people have been on every luxury cruise line. They were very impressed.
  17. Order a clothesline on Amazon. It has suction cups.
  18. RE: Chair hogs Maybe a nightly flyer should be put on everyone’s bed explaining the protocol along with the dress code!
  19. The included Business Air is most important to us considering what the cost of buying them yourself. The included hotels and transfers.. we have never used.
  20. The Spa services are very overpriced . No drying machine for nails. No disposable toe separators. Limited nail polish. Ridiculous!
  21. I’ve always found the officers to be very unfriendly. No interaction with passengers.
  22. UUNetBill: So how do I find out about the size of the balcony? Our TA says it’s the same size as the other PH C’s on the Grandeur.
  23. We r looking to book suite 800 on the Grandeur. Curious to know if this balcony is the same size as the other Penthouse C suites. It looks smaller on the deck plans.
