My sister-in-law and I are booked for a cruise to the Caribbean in November. That gives us plenty time to loose the extra weight we have both put on over the past couple of years. I think we need to loose a pound a week from now on to at least look decent in our swimming costumes! So if anyone has any tips or ideas for filling tasty meals please let us know! I have a sweet tooth but hope that fruit will satisfy me after a meal.
