Other than location is there any difference between the Vista Suites and the Premium Suites on the Island Princess? Are there and Vista Suites that are preferable?

I have just finished applying for an Indian Electronic Visa and it would be difficult to do on the ship. You have to attached scanned passport style photos and copies of your passport. These have to meet certain specifications that took some manipulation on the computer. There are also several questions that I had to do some research before answering. The seats recline 6". I am 6' tall and have more than enough leg/knee room with the seat in front fully reclined. Just a personal preference, I would take the back row over the front. In the front you have the TV screen that folds down and no under seat storage. Another option is to book economy and pay extra to move up to the main cabin extra seats. I have flown the back row in AA Premium Economy several times on different aircraft. They all are capable of fully reclining.
