Thanks everyone. Are cruise is not until September so I will suggest to everyone that they should get a passport.

It was real I’d I was thinking of not enhanced license. I guess my main concern was rather they actually needed a passport. I never travel without one so wanted to let them know to get one if that was the case.

My family is taking a cruise on the Venezia out of NY. We will be cruising into Canada. My husband and I have passports but not sure about my other family members. Will they need a passport for this cruise or will a enhanced license work? Thank you

So I did rejoin AARP then called Holland America to see if I could get that $200.00 obc but they said no, only with new bookings. Oh well, now that I know about it, if we enjoy our Holland cruise, we will for sure get the obc. Thank you everyone for all the great advise. 5 more days until we cruise on our first Holland cruise. I am sure it will be wonderful.

Thank you for all of the great advise. Although we have cruised many times, this is our first time on holland. If we like Holland, then we will join AARP to get the extre obc.

I didn’t know that Holland gave obc if I had AARP. I am sailing 2-11-24 (a week away). Is it too late for me to join AARP and get the obc? If so, how do I get it after joining AARP?

Just a quick question. I am getting $250.00 shareholder obc and $100.00 for teacher obc. Is any of this refundable or is it non-refundable. If it is refundable and I don’t spend it all, can I get the remaining obc refunded before I get off the ship or will they send me a check. Not sure if I would be able to cash any out at the casino. My husband and I found a great itinerary on the Volendam in fall of 2025. This will be our second time on a Holland ship although we have cruised many other cruise lines. I just have some questions since this is Hollands oldest ship. 1. Do any of the interior rooms have couches? 2. Are the cabins larger than on the newer ships? 3. Do the cabins have refrigerators? I thought I had seen on utube that they do not. 4. Other than the MDR and buffet, what other free places are there to eat? 5. Overall, how does the ship look being so old? This is a 14 day cruise going from Canada to Ft. Lauderdale so I really want to hear the thoughts of others that have been on this ship recently, Thank you

Thank you. Got it. Can my husband book his distilled water ahead of time and if so, where can we find it? Also do we bring our own extension cord or will they give us one.

Quick question. We are taking a 14 day cruise on the Nieuw Statendam (first time on Holland-but not new to cruising) in February. We have a guaranteed balcony. Can we order things like wi fi ahead of time with a guaranteed cabin? I can’t seem to find where to do this? Thank you

Just a quick question. We will be leaving on the Enchantment Friday for a 10 day cruise. This is our 2nd time on Princess but that was way before Covid. Will the MDR Be open for lunch on embankment day? Also this ship is coming from Europe. Will embankment be later than usual for us in Ft. Lauderdale? We haven’t gotten a letter telling us so as of yet. Thank you

I am small so should not have a problem. I don’t mind a large robe. Just love to relax in one for a bit after a shower.

My husband and I will be leaving on the Enchanted Princess next Friday. We are in an interior room. Will there be bathrobes in the room and if not, will they give me one if I ask for one? Thank you!

Yes I know We can upgrade without my TA but it’s so much more than just the advertised price so I don’t really want to go that route but I do thank everyone for all of your advise. We will check and see if there is another TA we can work with.

actually the balcony is now cheaper than what I paid for the inside back in February. Also, right now as of today the inside is more than the balcony. My TA is on vacation for a week so I guess I will just stay where I am. It’s no big deal, we certainly don’t mind an inside cabin.

So here is my question. My husband and I are going out on the Enchanted next month. We have an inside cabin with $335.00 obc. We are noticing the balcony prices have dropped quite a bit. If we wanted to move up to a balcony would we loose the obc from the inside? The balcony price is slightly lower than what we paid for the inside. Thank you

My husband and I are looking at a cruise to Alaska in 2025. We are looking at the 11 day or 14 day cruise. There are 3 ships to choose from. Which would be the best ship? Will any of the have a covered pool? What are other pros and cons to these 3 ships: Ruby, Coral, and Sapphire. We have never been on any of these 3 ships and actually have only been on the Crown.
