Do you need to request being tracked for points or is that automatic after they swipe your medallion? Does the dealer track your amount bet? Wondering how you would accumulate points? Pit boss discretion?

Blessed being only ship in port on next trip and that will make Magens much more enjoyable. Looks like $40 is new rate for 2 loungers/umbrella already set up. Still steep but better than dragging them down the beach and back (for last 17 years!). Anyone pre book with Sandy Spot for those? Anyone reviews on the new concessions? Appreciate any comments. I’ll offer another case. Many years ago I had noro and had to quarantine in cabin for 3 days. Claim with AON covered the medical and I got back 3/7th’s of the cruise cost. I didn’t expect that at the time but it was a nice surprise.

S206 earlier this year. Not directly across from pool but still a fantastic location. Loungers still competitive and “non residents” find this pool by day 2 but we’ll book this area again for sure! 😎

We Uber’d to a Holiday Inn at Clearwater Beach. Great location, fun place to stay. 😎

It’s been our go to many pre cruise stays. Can walk to the water taxi, some great eats and is about a $5 Uber to the port. Clean and free bfast. 😀 Expensive but is in line with or better than many other options.

We sail in Feb and originally ordered medallions to be picked up at port. That put us Blue. We decided to have medallions to ship to us, now we’re Green. To do this you first have to cancel the existing medallion ship to port order, then place a new order for your medallions specifying the shipping to you. Put in your address and payment, order and $10 later you’re Green! (assuming you have all the other required info in place) Getting our medallions pre cruise is a ritual that we want to keep. 😀

FYI, we recently saw Rock Opera and Spotlight Bar. Both excellent! 😎

Just did this swap on the Sky. Quick call to room service was all it took. Funny, we were on so early (10:30) that room service was still working their way up the hall. They hadn’t even stocked the bar yet so we saved them a little time by getting the coffee packages. 😎

No change. Some of our select cabins would not have more than two occupants. I suspect Princess is limiting choices so they can put you were it’s best for them. ☹️

We always book online and pick specific cabins. Looking at Q1 2024, site is only allowing “same category” booking, not specific cabins. This is for any forward cabins on Sky or Caribbean Princess. Can’t imagine them all being booked this early. 800# was no help. Anyone else experiencing this?

Every year we visit we’re used to paying in the gift shop and then dragging loungers down the beach. Then return them before leaving to get some $ back. I was just watching a 2 month old YouTube video that showed a slew of loungers paired off with umbrellas all set up. Is this the new way perhaps to rent some already set and ready to use? That would sure be nice! Any one with recent experience? Heading there in a few weeks and would welcome any comments. Thanks…😎

It’s been maybe 10 years but I say it was one of my favorites of all. I grew up on a small Sunfish so these boats were a wow treat!
