Has anyone stayed at an Haneda Airport Hotel with a free transfer to the hotel. We are coming in early evening before our cruise and feel perhaps this would make sense if the shuttles are efficient. Any thought would be appreciated. e

I think it may be a good idea to be the last person off the ship ..... you don't want to get to the airport so early that you could make the early flight .... however if you do, perhaps AC will let you stand by for the early flight if you decide to try to make it.

Thanks for the link. So now .... neither Royal Caribbean or Celebrity have South American cruises for the 2024-2025 season. Very interesting. I guess the Equinox will make more money sailing the Caribbean. Come on Royal Caribbean Corporation both Norwegian and Carnival Corporation have ships in South America. I guess we will have to sail NCL, Princess or HAL if we want a SA cruise next season. e

What about the Dec 2024 to March 2025 season? No Celebrity cruises .... a whole season not there?

If you are D+can an you book a specialty restaurant for day 1 or 2 prior to the cruise for one person and then show up and and with another D+ cruiser and have that person eat for free? e

What would be the best way to get to Miami for a cruise from St. Petersburg, FL on the day of the cruise ( a Saturday in March 2024). Would you drive or fly? We have a party the night before that will not end until around 10PM so thus the dilemma. Thanks for any thoughts in the matter. e

On transoceanic repositioning cruises, will RCCL ever allow a BOGO specially dining benefit on a date later than night two? Thanks for any input. e

The lowest price by far for a balcony cabin on an Edge Ship is a Guarantee Cabin. Are their some really awful Edge Balcony cabins that would make it to problematic to go with a guarantee? I don't mind front or back of the ship or even the deck. But are their some for example that have smaller room size or smaller balconies etc? Trying to same some money as X is ramping up the cost of cruising. e

As a D+ cruiser .... we now find the Diamond Lounge more enjoyable than ever. Gone are the days when folks would arrive at 4PM ( an hour before drinks are available)and see how much they can drink before last call. If you arrived at 5PM you would have no chance of getting setting. So yes, we still go every day ( sometimes for a drink or just coffee) but we always love to share cruising stories with fellow long term RCCL cruisers. ALSO: If you are reading this RCCL ... don't even think about eliminating the coffee machine! e

Let's face it .... Sorrentos is not a pizza anyone would pay for. RCL know that ... their main concern is how much will this effect future bookings. If everyone says you will still sail then be prepared another cut in the 1000 cuts RCL is rolling out and Sorrentos will have a charge. Next will be reservations for a fee for shows, flow rider, bumper cars etc. RCL will keep adding fees until a real push-back happens and bookings fall. They hoodwinked ever one into Specialty Dining by lowering the quality of the MDR. This is the WOW factor ....Worst On Water. e

I'm a bit confused by this thread. When booking first opens up should you first: 1. Book the included tours? or 2. Book the tours that require an additional payment? e

Has anyone heard whether the EU is moving forward with this requirement? Has X or any TAs mentioned this? Will this be another hoop for us cruisers? e
