That is my question, does Carnival change the time? I'm trying to plan my excursions are we arriving at 9am or 11am. Has anyone been to Puerto Vallarta lately on Carnival?

Question about ship time vs the port time. Puerto Vallarta | 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM does the ship stay on Pacific Time meaning is this stop actually 11am - 11pm Puerto Vallarta time?
