  1. I have a sunset today rather than a sunrise, from my 2018 Crystal World Cruise. March 25 was a sea day on Crystal Symphony from Nuka Hiva to Pitcarin Island. Roy

  3. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Debbie, Dixie, and Ann. I like the Bed-in-for Peace day idea, wish those a Greek connection a great day, as well as a great holiday for Hindus. It is also Maryland Day. On this day in 1634 the Ark and Dove brought the first European settlers to what is now Maryland, landing near the mouth of the Potomac River. I think the two days in history are both worthy of celebration although I am not into golf. Hamilton quote seems partly true. I visited Cobh just once, in 2011, on my first modern HAL cruise, a Rotterdam 6 transatlantic. I'll pass on the meal. My alternative is Cantaloupe, Pineapple, and Orange, Turkey Roast with Giblet Gravy, and Cranberry, and Pineapple Crisp as served on MS Zaandam March 25, 2017: A cold start to the day but it should warm up pretty well. I finally got my federal tax return accepted yesterday. Roy
  4. This surprises me. The schedule is now out with 2 Panama Canal Cruises for the Koningsdam. Up to now the two first Pinnacles have been barred from the canal with passengers because the lifeboats stick out and interfere with the view of the pilots. I wonder what has changed. Roy
  5. Today's maps. Fleet nicely spread out. I could almost have also gotten Oosterdam into the Caribbean map. Roy
  6. Today's sunrise is another from my 2015 Grandeur of the Seas B2B out of Baltimore. March 24 was a sea day from Baltimore to Cozumel: Roy

  8. Let's hope the hold on BHB toots is off. Thanks Leanne, Dave, and fellow addicts. Roy
  9. Are you sure it's really a full unstoppable ad? Check the bottom of your screen for a slider like the gray bar: You should be able to see ads on both sides of the picture, and if not you should be able to slide the view further to the right. That's where the "Skip Ads" option shows up. Roy
  10. @RMLincoln, NA did have a late turnaround in Fort Lauderdale yesterday. Roy
  11. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Debbie, Ann, Dixie, and Graham/Father David. I like all 3 of today’s days, and 3 great days in history. Definitely a thought provoking quote today. I have not been to Papua New Guinea. I’ll pass on the meal. My alternative is Honey Pineapple, Rack of Lamb, and Black Forest Cake. A cold Palm Sunday here. Roy
  12. I'm surprised that Friday's Fleet Report and Daily has not been locked yet. Wonder what's going on. Roy
  13. No toots. Probably a sad day even for the newly boarded at least through tomorrow in HMC. Thanks Leanne, Dave, and fellow addicts. Roy
  14. They looked like they were ready some time ago. Roy
  15. I think it's pier 21 in the basin, probably a last minute change so it would not need to squeeze by a big Celebrity ship. The terminal is between the camera and the ship. Roy
  16. This would be the perfect scene for a white truck. Wish HAL docked there more. Roy
  17. Today's sunrise is from my 2017 Zaandam cruise from Buenos Aires to San Diego. On March 23 we visited Montevideo: Roy

  19. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Debbie, Ann, and Dixie. Bon Voyage @lazey1 and @GTVCRUISER/ Happy Birthday @seagarsmoker. Welcome home @Lady Hudson. I believe people should be to celebrate their own beliefs and will salute Atheist Day. Cuddling a kitten sounds nice but I'll pass on the chip and dip. I like Eleanor Roosevelt's quote and the three days in history. I have not been to Madagascar. I'll pass on the meal. My alternative is Apple Pear and Cucumber Salad, Surf (and turf), and Almond and Orange Cake my penultimate dinner on MS Prinsendam March 23, 2019 (can it be 5 years already): Yesterday was not a goof off day. I thought I was ready to file my federal takes and everything looked fine on Turrbotax, but the IRS rejected the return and told me I was missing a form that I could not access although Turbotax said it would supply it. I don't know if I'll have time to fool with it today. Roy
