  1. Warm, not hot food. Coffee is generally hot.
  2. The 30 days starts with the date you paid the deposit. I have transferred a Future Cruise Booking to my TA without having selected a ship or sail date. However that was 18 months ago and tge rules could have changed. I suggest your reach out to your TA and ask them to get the booking transferred to them. Our TA does the paperwork and generally the transfer takes less than 48 hours.
  3. Looks like Premium Access on the 11 day Solstice is a little more expensive @ $18.99 x 2 passengers - $37.98 vs $35.99 for Premium 2 device.
  4. Yes, if you booked direct with Celebrity then contact them and see what documentation, if any, is required so that your father can have an alcohol package and you mother a non alcohol package. If you booked with a TA have them contact Celebrity.
  5. The time slot is necessary for the not too swift IT system to process the transaction. The Alcove rentals are for the day.
  6. 1. Yes 2. Murano, Lawn Grill, Porch. -Silhouette LeVoyage, Eden, Roof Top Grill -Beyond 3. Menus do not change 4. Within 2-3 weeks of your cruise you should be contacted by a Shoreside Concierge, they will make your specialty dining reservations and also will arrange for your preferred liquor in your suite and other requests. 5. No cant help with your last questions but I’m sure someone else can help.
  7. Anytime dining does not have a set time. Where are you seeing you have a time of 6:15? Dining options when your book are: Anytime Early ( which is traditional set time, same table) Late same as early. Depending upon the itinerary early is some times at 5:30, other sailings it is 6. Our next 2 sailing early is at 6. I suggest you speaker to the dining room MaitreD when you board
  8. No pay for shows on Celebrity. Some pay for games, bingo, deal or no deal.
  9. No reservations are taken or needed for the shows.
  10. It is just a matter of time and it will. Just like those who shared a beverage package because “we don’t drink that much”.
  11. Also, keeping auto tips then a portion go to those working in places like the Oceanview.
  12. We have seen this in the app frequently. Normally it is because the app menus reflect the ships current sailing. So likely the ship is currently doing a 10N cruise.
  13. Yes.
  14. Did you go to the Oceanview Cafe, Mast Grill, Spa Cafe, Eden Cafe? How did you handle the wait staff working in those venues?
  15. Pre and post Covid we always have our cabin cleaned between 11 a.m. 12:30 p,m then again after 7:15.
  16. We were on the Beyond a couple of months ago early or late traditional dining had an assigned dining room, table and wait staff. There was a card in the cabin with the assigned dining room and table.
  17. The Retreat Concierge can schedule an appointment for you to meet with the Future Cruisev Rep. The person will meet you in the Retreat for the appointment. The price onboard is the same as you see on the website. The incentive to book on the ship is you get OBC based on the length of the cruise and cabin category. There is also a reduced deposit $100 pp for non suite cabins. You can book onboard, get the OBC and then within 30 days transfer the booking to the TA. The TA can then give you the group price, but you will have to pay the standard deposit vs the$100 pp.
  18. Heading in the direction that beverage packages went; some shared a package and now everyone in a cabin has to have a package. If a travel router lets a person have 1 wi-fi account and the whole family can be on the one account at the same time, then soon everyone will have to have an account.
  19. And soda, juice, specialty tea.
  20. The odds of the arriving ship being delayed so long that you would miss the next sailing is slim. Over 70 cruises and the longest delay in docking still had everyone off by 10:30. Another sailing the ship arrived on time but there was some criminal activity that occurred on board that the authorities had to board, deal with and take some off in handcuffs. We were off the ship by 11.
  21. Our recent experience ( August) is that traditional set time dining is alive and well on E class ships. If set time dining is what you have there will be info in your cabin with assigned dining room and table #. You can see a MaitreD after boarding and see about moving to anytime.
  22. If your preferred dining isn’t available when booking, you want traditional early dining and only late is available, you can be waitlisted for early.
  23. Most OBC from travel agents does not show up until you are on board.
  24. We booked a suite recently for $587 per night for 2 with gratuities. Which was IMO a really great deal. Our recent sailings in a suite have varied from the $587 to $850 per night for 2. A lot depending on the itinerary and time of year
