Just did that last week. Yes, the Princess rep had a stand set up right in front of baggage claim. They tell you to get your luggage and then wait by the stand until there are enough people to partially fill the bus. Once you get to the hotel, they hand you a packet at the Princess desk, that contains all the info you need as well as your room key.

I know this is a touchy subject on these boards, but we really don’t know how much to tip for this excursion. We will be on this excursion soon, and have heard how wonderful it is. We certainly want to tip, but don’t have any idea what is appropriate for two people. Can anyone help me with that?

Hi all. Leaving on the Majestic to Alaska in 3 days. We have been showing Green Lane on the app for months. We just got an email stating to make sure we complete the pre cruise checklist… arrival group, health questionnaire, contract, and get the QR Code. We will be arriving by train from Anchorage to Whittier, set up by Princess. As of now, and for the last few months, when I try to pick Arrival group, it still just says, “ arrival groups will be available closer to the start of your journey”. Is that because it is a prearranged transportation by Princess, so our arrival is in their control? And therefore I can’t pick a group? Also, is there even a health questionnaire to complete, and if so, where do I find it? And lastly, how do I get the QR code? It seems like we have done everything except the Arrival group and health questionnaire. Please help! I just want to get on that ship and relax!,

But was Mr used as part of your name on your ticket as well?

I had the same concern, especially with the Mr and Mrs as part of the name. United told me we could not do online check in, as our names wouldn’t exactly match our passports. We would have to check in at the airport. EZ Air told me that this is how their system is set up, and it will not cause us problems. But if I can’t do online check in with United, I am wondering if my TSA precheck will be in effect. There really is no reason to put Mr and Mrs in the name on an airline ticket!

We will be disembarking the Majestic Princess in Vancouver on June 10, and have heard the process there is very slow. We have a tour scheduled to pick us up at Canada Place at 9:30. If anyone has recently disembarked there, do you think we can make it off the ship and be able to meet our tour bus by 9:30? It is not a post cruise tour booked with Princess. Thank you.

I just checked the Journey View for our June 3 cruise on the Majestic. Can anyone tell me when activities, show times and menus are listed on the app? Will that be prior to the cruise, or when we get onboard?

Hi all! Just wondering if anyone has any pics of what beverages are offered at the International Cafe? Just looking for some fresh brewed coffee, and fresh brewed iced tea. Nothing fancy! And are those two items free there, or is there a charge for those? Also, could we get those two things in the dining room with our meal with no fee?

Just starting to put things in the suitcase for next week’s departure. We will be doing Hubbard, and Glacier Bay, and I keep going back and forth between taking the warmer puffer jacket or leaving it at home. Any advice on this?

I am trying to buy my grandchildren some sort of nesting dolls, or nesting animals from each place we travel. Does anyone know if there are any Alaskan crafters that might sell those in Icy Strait Point, Juneau, or Ketchikan? If there is a certain store, or street area we should look, please let me know.
