Hi there, I'm just off the Summit (sister ship) and for the first time didn't do a Balcony cabin and chose an interior cabin to save some money - boy was I pleasantly surprised! We booked a Guarantee and were assigned a Prime Interior on deck 9. The only difference is the higher deck location. I went to see the Interiors on Deck 4 and those were a little 'busier' due to the public spaces like you noted. Deck 3 is just below that so if you want to be close to the public spaces on 4, then it could be a good location for you. We loved being on 9 just under the Solarium deck.
