  1. Android 10 went end of life/support in March 2023. You will start finding more apps that won't update or will work on this.
  2. Probably walking, but that's not feasible. Keep in mind that Galveston is a 45 minute to an hour drive from Hobby.
  3. If you are on the ship then you would be best suited to get an answer. My guess is that they couldn't get the decorations there in time.
  4. This is a bad idea. Older apps aren't secure.
  5. Rather than adding bar tab, why not just add regular OBC? Bar tab is restricted to just bars/coffee, whereas OBC can be used for anything, including bars/coffee.
  6. 1. Dining on Princess has changed recently. There is a dining room where you will be able to make reservations. 2. I believe tags are delivered to your stateroom. 3. Only if you are in the same cabin.
  7. While I always prefer to wear pants for dinner, my only thoughts on the dress code is that as long as it's published a specific way, it should be enforced. I'm not going to debate what the dress code says, just that if it exists, it should be enforced.
  8. There's a board right here on Cruise Critic dedicated to insurance questions. You should ask your question there.
  9. As long as you have a plan B...
  10. Are you looking for a roll call? That's the only section that is separated by ship. Otherwise, there is only forums by each cruise line.
  11. My wife is not a fan of Uber (no, I don't know why, but she'll happily do a taxi). I've priced it out both ways. What I've found is that Uber considers disembarking cruise passengers going to the airport as a "peak" time so there is a surcharge, bringing the cost of an Uber to more than a taxi.
  12. Once the vendor no longer supports the device, all bets are off.
  13. Yes, the Majestic is going into drydock in 2025 and being converted from the Asian market to a "regular" ship, so the pizza place should be there.
  14. Alfredo's is a sit down venue, not a to go venue. Technically, sharing beverages is against the rules of the package, but I don't know if anyone would say anything if you got your daughter the occasional drink. In terms of milk, you will only see it out at breakfast, but if you ask for some, they will get it from the back.
  15. In Alaska your sister will be pretty cold in shorts and tee shirts.
  16. I've heard rumors of this room on the ship where one can do this activity called "working out", but have not visited it myself to be able to confirm it's existence.
  17. Just going to throw this out there, but Celebrity has non-smoking casinos.
  18. The only expectation is a full refund of any cruise fares you have paid. You might get a credit for the inconvenience.
  19. You should look on the ports of call boards for your ports for excursion ideas.
  20. And this hold is why you shouldn't use a debit card. With a debit card, these holds hold your funds. You need to wait for them to drop off before you get your money back.
  21. Go in with an open mind and enjoy your cruise. Worst case, you decide it's not for you and don't book again.
  22. Oops, got that reversed. Of course I remember when the MDR was open on port days.
  23. Most teens don't use the club anyways. Outside of the first day to meet up, they tend to congregate and do things on their own.
  24. There will be a MDR open for breakfast daily. The MDR will only be open for lunch on port days.
