  1. We love the Reflection because we like the Martini bar and Cellar Masters Wine Bar. I know the Edge has a Martini Bar, but is there anything like Cellar Masters? If their isn't, what is the best bar to frequent for a nice glass of wine?
  2. Thanks every one. I could not remember if it was 45 days or later. Thanks for the clarification.
  3. I was able to check in, but I can not view documents or print luggage tags. When we checked in for our Dec. cruise, I could print luggage tags right away. anyone else having this problem? or are they not making docs. available until closer to sailing?
  4. You won't have a set time for your lunch. It goes until 1:30 I believe. You just show up to the restaurant and they will seat you.
  5. The shoreside staff try to board people by rows, and that is usually the case, except in New Jersey. We were in the 2nd row. When staff came over to rows 1 & 2, all the other people in the other rows got up and headed to the ship. It was a nightmare. This was after suite people were boarded.
  6. We checked in and then we sat in the terminal waiting area until 11:30 - 12 to board
  7. Yes. Out of New Jersey, and then again out of Fort Lauderdale. We now pick a 11:30 time and then walk right on the ship
  8. If people arrive at 10:30, will they have to wait in the terminal until the ship is ready to board? We have arrived early on prior sailings, before assigned arrival times, and we sat in the terminal until noon with hundreds of our closest friends. Not a lot of fun. =(
  9. I'm not going to lie, I had to look up what a Toque was. 😂 I do have cap and gloves on the packing list, as well as layering. I was just wondering if the temp was that much warmer than AK to justify a pair of shorts. 😃 When we get back from the cruise, Seattle will just be our home base for trips around the area/region. Thanks for the Weatherspark recommendation.
  10. I might as well ask my question here. 😃 We are sailing to Alaska out of Seattle the end of May. We will be staying in Seattle for 5 days after the cruise. My question is this, what will temperatures/weather be early to mid June. Trying to figure out how to pack. Thanks.
  11. We sailed out of Vancouver 2 yrs ago. It is a beautiful city. We were there 3 days prior to sailing. Stanley park is beautiful. We biked around the park. there are also walking lanes next to the biking lanes so you won't have to worry about getting out of the way of bikers. If you like nature, you may like the Capilano Suspension Bridge. it is about 15 mins. away from the St. Regis by car. Grandville Island is a lot of fun. If you are going to a bakery for fried apple pie, you should also try a Nanaimo Bar. They are a wonderful treat. If you want to see something unique, take a walk down to Gastown at the top of the hour to see The Gastown Steam clock. We stayed at the Auberge hotel, and around the block from the hotel is an English pub called the Lion Pub. We had drinks and snacks there a few times. It was really fun. We also went to Black & Blue steakhouse and ate on their rooftop. It was pricey, but the steaks and view were really good. I hope you have a great time discovering Vancouver and have a wonderful cruise. 😃
  12. We are sailing in MCSS May 31. We received our email from shoreside concierge around the beginning of March. March 2, to be precise.
  13. I thought the whale was perfect considering we are heading to Alaska. 😃
  14. I've finally caught up. Love the pictures. I Can't wait to travel along with you. 😃
