  1. There are TWO Carnival ships in Port Everglades October thru May. Carnival is gone for the Summer and returns in the Fall. Has nothing to do with deepening and widening.
  2. Your rideshare drive will now via GPS. add to the comments what terminal and what you are wearing - easy to find
  3. Can also book this excursion through Royal Caribbean.....
  4. Hello all, I'm sailing on the Caribbean Princess next week. I have been to St. Maarten before (on another cruise line) and really enjoyed the red train sightseeing tour. I noticed this excursion was not available to book with Princess. Does anyone know if I can book this excursion thru another sight or when we dock?
  5. it depends on the events in the area.... Port Everglades has 3 entrances. the Convention Center is closing in February, for 4 to 5 years, should be way less traffic. I am not aware of any SURGE pricing at Port Everglades. Will expect it when the Super Bowl is in S. Florida.
  6. Costa Hollywood Beach Resort - washer/dryer in rooms
  7. I was on a Southwest flight that was on-time in the air but taxing/waiting for a open gate added 30 minutes onto the flight. 10 passengers flew into FLL but were leaving out of PortMiami = doubt they made it. FLY in the day before! Lots of hotel options around Port Everglades
  8. this is exciting! Love Margaritaville at FLL Airport too!
  9. Really only find ships at Port Everglades on Fridays: November through April.
  10. Handicap parking on every level of the garage - near the elevators
  11. hmmmmm.... no love bugs in Fort Lauderdale/Port Everglades
  12. the cruise lines security vendors own the x-ray machines in the terminals. The Port would not know the dimensions.
