I believe that. It as been our #1 cruise line. I am totally done with them after this cruise. They will never know the difference, which is a shame.

ok, I have just pretty well had it with Regent. We have always loved being on their ship. We have the 2 bedroom for 3 adults. The gave my husband and I 200 ship board credit each, but not the 3rd. ALSO, on the return we have to stay over and fly out the next day. They have us at the airport, but only 1 room for 3 adults. Not 2 rooms like it was stated. I am just so ticked, I cannot tell ya

Well I am done with this then. It is what it is. We are not getting anything else out of it. 🤷‍♀️ So when the time comes, hopefully we all will have a fun time on the cruise. At this point, that is what counts.

Has anyone heard anything from Regent regarding the nonsense $200.00 that they offered. I still have not heard back from them. Maybe because I don’t have a TA fighting for me. Thanks for any update

Wonder if this is the first time they have been in Reykjavik in and out? Maybe they have been there as visiting a port but not needing hotel and transfers. Although if so, they should have know a while ago that they could not block enough rooms

I guess most use a TA. I always book with Regent themselves. So I do not know who the TA's go thru, but someone higher then what I get to speak with, I am sure.

I saw Flybus, but I understood that they have drop offs which would be in the area of your hotel, but not at your hotel. Maybe I read it wrong

Hello all, I am in the US and 3 days ago we got the letter that they cannot do the Hotel. They are giving us $200.00 pp and $200.00 pp shipboard credit. So the $400.00 US will not be enough for a room and transportation from the airport. I have traveled many times on Regent and this has never happened. I am not happy at all about this.
