What I would like to know why Queen Lisa LP after 4 months has not stepped in and got someone to resolve the problems. Apparently the job is too big for her and has not surrounded herself with a competent staff. All show and no go.

DH is looking forward to returning to the Martini Bar on Celebrity. Loves his martinis there! He has a hard time finding someone in our area or even on most other cruiseships for that matter to make his favorite, "just a little dry and a little dirty". My friends think he's a pain in the neck because he's so fussy about how he gets his martinis and numerous times asks the bartenders to redo them.

When I go to my reservations then to check in I get the message that I am signed off and try again in 20 minutes. What a joke. 5 months still a bad website.

Did I miss it or did no one ask a question about the web site performance or lack there of at the gathering with LLP of if asked, she did not respond?

The Queen wants to improve diversity and has a commitment to the crew??? Is that why staff has been cut? How can one actually listen to her comments.

Did our 50th Anniv in May 2017 Equinox, next up is Dec 8 on the Silho,
then May 2018 . Have to use Florida ports to save the airfare. Have been lucky with the $500 OBC. Karen is hooked on the Martini Bar

We used Safe Parking in May and had no problems. They did not keep our keys. Departing the ship we waited 10 minutes for the free shuttle. Employees were helpful. Parking lot has high wall with fencing. Not located in good area but will use again. Was easy with our GPS

One egg but 3 apples? Not enough room for comments. If they don't know the problems by now they should be fired. Looks like the Queen is try to save face. Would like to hear her comments.

I am getting the same result. Can not sign in. I had to call Capt Club to get a credit for booking 3 on line excursions. They are also having problems. Did get a call back yesterday and they are going to give me an OBC for $75. Who knows if I got it as I cannot get into system.

Why should the Queen and her minions apologize? They do not use the system. People are still booking even with the existing problems. I guess this is modern luxury.

How do you make changes to your passport number?
I had to call Captains Club to put in new passport numbers. They were unable so they took info to forward to IT dept. Unable to answer another question as they could not gain access to the system. Felt sorry for the young lady as she tried to be helpful. Wonder when Queen Lisa will take note, step up and see to it the system is functional???

I agree, I just want to scream, celebrity's web site is totally unacceptable, seems to be getting worse as they are trying to fix it. Why doesn't the president do something about it. The entire team should be fired! Maybe the president should concentrate on fixing the
web site and not taking a "presidential cruise"
Queen Lisa could care less or it would have been fixed by now. When I was working my department was a test site for a new function. It was led by a senior manager. When a glitch was detected he had 2 words to the IT staff. "Fix it" Lisa would probably say "Ignore it"

Sorry, but being gorgeous and having lovely visuals and graphics are not a substitute for one being able to search for cruises, look at Port info, browse and book excursions, book dining, review their cruise info, etc
It remains truly dysfunctional....

Grand Buffet in my opinion was a waste. Watched obese people take too much food and leaving it on their plates. Reminded me of pigs coming to the trough. Good move my X.

Tried to look at our up coming cruise. Needed reservation #. Then ship date etc. All that info is on the resv # So why enter it again. This shows the total incompetence and lack of knowledge by IT.

I was searching for a cruise and wanted to go to a different page. Question came up for a response Two choices "cancel" or "proceed" Why not a simple yes or no?

Perhaps before posting one should review their comments and use common sense.
And then ask themselves is it really necessary. I feel that there are cruisers who push the envelope to the limit. Maybe I am too conservative as I review what I am buying and what I am entitled. I expect no more or no less. My cruises are enjoyable and happily report that I had no problems or situations that I could not resolve myself without asking opinions of others. Hopefully this will be my last post as this board as ceased to be what is was years ago. Have a good day.

Received Email on changes to Dec 8 cruise Said to click to confirm. Reply "expired". Called number shown on Email. After 58 minutes was told to call cruise planner. Just another example of the downward spiral of Celebrity customer service in headquarters.
