Agree about the bed being so close to the door that everyone can see inside. And, from what I remember, one person can't have the desk drawer open if the other is coming in the cabin as they bang into each other. I don't think the sideways interior cabins are roomier because you lose that "entry" part of coming into the cabin. You open the door, and bang, you are in the bed! We hated that cabin.

OP, great post! You summed it up very nicely and I feel the same way. We have never cruised with a Plus package before, but finally decided to do so on our upcoming Enchanted cruise. Can't wait!

Hi Neighbor! We live in Boca Raton about 2 miles from the Boca station. I agree with what you are saying. We always thought we would take Brightline to Disney World. But, it adds up. Add Uber from home to the station - then add Uber from the station (which is IN the Orlando airport) to Disney... and doing the same in reverse to get home. That gets quite expensive. I will have to keep watching for the next BOGO because I hate the trip up from South Florida to Orlando on the turnpike! From where we live, we see the Brightline trains going by all the time. I look forward to seeing one with the Princess wrap!

Queen set-up for balcony cabin. (Otherwise, I feel like I am going to fall off the twin bed.) Twin set-up for ocean view cabin. That gives you double the room between the beds. (And, I have the wall on one side so I don't feel like I will fall off.) ☺️

Thanks to this thread, I just called Princess. We have the Plus Package and the same thing happened to me when I called. The rep cancelled my original medallion order that was going to charge $10 shipping and re-processed with a new medallion confirmation # and no shipping charge. I am supposed to get an email with the new confirmation #, but I just checked the app and I see it there. (She also tried to get us to upgrade to Premier, book dining, spa and shore excursions. - no thank you.) Hopefully this will take care of it and I won't have to worry about it at Guest Services.

Twice while disembarking at Port Everglades, we've seen someone fall on the escalators with their luggage. Alarms go off and they have to stop the escalator and the whole operation to tend to the person. Very scary! We self disembark, handling our own luggage, and we ALWAYS wait for the elevator.

Now I'm worried. I submitted my info this past Sunday and got the email from Stock Perks saying they are reviewing my submission and they would respond within 2 working days. It's now been 3 days. Anyone else have this happen?

Wow - this is all so confusing. Going back to read all the tips in this thread.

I am confused about this whole thing. I have the app but I don't want to give them account access. So, how do I send only a copy with pertinent info blacked out? Do I take a picture and upload it and send it to Stock Perks by email? I don't see any place to do just that on the app.

Haven't sailed with HAL in awhile but looks like things are even more complicated!
