We used myparkconnect.com in June and everything went well. I still don't know how the parking can be offered for this price and it's in the same parking garage.

It seems the newer ships give credits and the older ships give cash. I hope this is permanent.

It's a one time forever perk. It is good for 2 people. The other person does not have to be Diamond. If both are Diamond, you can go twice and it does not have to be on the same cruise.

We're Diamond and have had to pay the overage on the Bloody Mary for years. It just gets larger over time.

Cucina and Chibang on Mardi Gras are only open for lunch on sea days.

We got matched Diamond to black card, which was their highest level and now called Diamond, but that was several years ago. I don't think it the same now. We really like MSC and would be Diamond now anyway because we added 10,000 points on our own. The only hitch is that you must sail every 3 years or you lose your status and must start over. You can only match one time.

I was just hoping that I didn't have to wait until midnight to check in but it looks like we still have to in order to get an early time to enter the terminal

Then I don't know. We are Diamond and always get first check in time but we've always gotten a boarding time too. The suite thing is an option. Maybe you got upgraded. I'm sure it will show up soon.

Hello! Just checking if anyone is receiving the shareholder credit if the booking has any kind of discount - military, senior, TA, resident, casino. According to Carnival these are being denied. It looks like the only ones that can get the credit ars first timers who don't get any discount that is due to their VIFP number. I know this happened the end of last year and then it was resolved. If you did get the credit with a discount, what did you do? Thank you!

Be careful what you wish for. Holland and Princess have more passengers with a lot more days than Carnival. I think even as Diamond we would fall farther down the line.

I'm back with another question. We had our tests and have little cards that show negative. We are also supposed to get emails showing the results. It was also mentioned that we would get texts showing the negative results. If we just get texts, is it acceptable to show the results on the phone and not have printed results? I think we can start packing now. Thank you!

. OK, I have another question. We are sailing on Sunday from Port Canaveral and have a test scheduled for Noon on Friday. We have a boarding time of 9:30 and then changed to 2:30 with sailing at 6 PM. We will probably get to the port between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. This is what I received from MSC For countries requiring RT-PCR, NAAT or antigen testing, the test must be taken no more than the designated time based on the destination. Example: RT-PCR test must be taken no more than 2 days before boarding the ship. Your boarding time is 5pm on Sunday, therefore the test cannot be taken before Friday at 5pm. Do they really count the actual 48 hours or just 2 days like other cruise lines? If it is 48 hours, is it when we actually board, the time on the boarding pass, or sailing time? Thank you!

Thank you! I didn't know that Butcher's Cut was on Divina. It used to be Galaxy, which wasn't just sushi, and Eataly. I read somewhere that Eataly was closed bur I didn't know if it was temporary or permanent. We've done Butcher's cut on Seaside.

We will be sailing on the Divina next Sunday and have a few questions. We have sailed on MSC and the Divina before. My e-ticket states that masks are required in the terminal and for boarding. Is this left over wording or is MSC really enforcing this? We have sailed from Port Canaveral, Miami and Tampa in the past few months and this was not required. Which specialty restaurants are available for the Diamond tasting menu dinner? What are the actual dining times for early and late seating? Is regular water still provided free of charge in the dining rooms? In the specialty restaurants? Are there two formal nights on a 7 night itinerary? Thank you!

Does anyone have a copy of the letter that Carnival sent regarding cancellation of the Platinum/Diamond party and the Diamond event through June, 2022? We never received it even though we are Diamond and sailing on Monday. I would like to have a copy with me. Thank you!

So, is a rapid NAAT test from Walgreens acceptable for an unvaccinated child? The protocol page states that a PCR test is required. The FAQ page lists the above. I looked at this page many times and I still don't know the answer.

Does anyone know if the Walgreens NAAT 2 hour turnaround is acceptable for unvaccinated? Looking at the list from Carnival, it might be but I'm not sure. I think we'll ask Walgreens if their test is one of the ones acceptable. Has anyone actually used this? Thanks!
