Good Morning from an overcast day at the beach Not sure what our weather will be today. They were way off on the forecast. We were all Campfire girls but my nieces girls are Girl Scouts. My niece is the leader. I do salute Earth Day and try my best to protect our beautiful earth. I try not to use plastic but sometimes there is no choice. Good Afternoon from a warm and sunny day at the beach Dont know any Mandarin, I like fries plain. The meal sounds interesting but I prefer Scallops without anything. Had the best ones on Cape Cod last weekend. Have not been to todays port. Played golf very early today. We were first off so it was great. Going to be a very warm day here - mid 90s next several days. The beach is already packed. The park is already full. I was happy to see @kazu finally made it to Ft Lauderdale. Relax, enjoy and have a wonderful cruise. @RMLincoln Safe travels and hope the surgery goes well @cat shepard Enjoy your visit with your nieces. My BIL and 3 cousins were all linemen for different companies. We were in Sydney on the Noordam in 2022. My pictures are the same. @StLouisCruisers Thanks for stepping up to keep us going. Good Morning from a warm and sunny day at the beach My grandparents and other relatives came thru Ellis Island from Ireland. They worked as maids for many years. Blah Blah day, thats interesting. I arrived home from Boston last nite. Wonderful visit with my family. The bride to be was totally surprised at her shower. She started crying when she saw me. Lots of laughs. Those new babies are precious. My sisters new house on the Cape is beautiful. So a great time! @kazu Really hope your foot improves and you can enjoy your cruise. @superoma A big welcome to Laine Alana! Have my biannual exam today and then not much on agenda. I am off to Boston tomorrow for my nieces bridal shower on Saturday. I will also get to meet the new babies, Maeve Grace and Ryan Charles. So I have a suitcase full of gifts. Then Sunday we are going to Cape Cod until Tuesday when I fly home. My sister just bought a new home and she wants me to see it. It will be a fun but busy few days. The Salvation Army is a wonderful organization and well worth supporting. DH relatives live on a farm and have many animals. Always fun but a lot of work! @StLouisCruisers Thank you for the great pictures of Petra. We were scheduled to go there on the 2025 WC but the itinerary was changed due to the Red Sea conflicts. Very exciting for all of you that witnessed the eclipse. We saw nothing. The sky remained the same and it remained daylight. There were a bunch of people on the beach with the special glasses but Nada. I am sure they were disappointed. Oh well, we will see it in 2045! LOL

Good Morning from a warm and cloudy day at the beach We were in Darwin on the Noordam in 2022. I thought it was a great port. A little warm. We walked into downtown on the new covered walkway. Very accessible and a pretty walk. Thank you Sandi for the great pictures. DS and DH got much needed haircuts there. We arent going to see much of the eclipse today. Good Morning from a sunny day at the beach Interesting collection of days. Drowsy drivers are so dangerous for all of us. Not a fan of twinkies. Welcome home to @durangoscots @Cruising-along @cruising sister @Cruisercl. It is hard to believe that voyage is over. I really enjoyed following along on @richwmn blog. Very exciting cruise. @Heartgrove MSC has become very popular around here. Many of my neighbors have gone on that ship. My nephew and GF have gone 3 times! You are best to park offsite. Either Park n Cruise or Park Port Canaveral are reputable popular parking options, close to the Port. Park Port Canaveral is closer. Port Canaveral is a very busy port so I would avoid trying to park onsite. I will wave as you float by me! Any questions, just ask me. DH and DS are volunteering today at the Shredding event sponsored by the Police Department and the library. They will be very busy. DS will mostly be directing as he still cant lift.
