  1. Hyatt Place on Se 10th St. Just behind E.S. 1 block. Hilton Marina on the intercoastal 2 blocks east. There are a few more on 17th. St. but have not stayed at them personally. Recommend Hyatt Place.
  2. The cruise line itself might offer this. I know that Royal does from Miami to both airports. Not sure about P.E. You would have to check with your cruise line.
  3. The bathrooms are what this hotel needs to refurbish, they are terrible. Also the elevators on cruise morning so dam slow. Too many people, too large of a hotel for us.
  4. Rideshare are indeed hotel shuttles that are pay per ride. Try asking next time you are in one.We have done it several times with our grand son.
  5. SE 10th street just south 1 block south of 17th street. 2 miles from the airport and 1/2 mile to the port. Right next to the Harbor Shops.
  6. You do NOT pay Valuetrips, you pay once you stay at the hotel. If you have to cancel, you can call the hotel also. Yes, it is a great rate depending on time of year. We have never had an issue and love this hotel and location. If you get there early they will try their best to get you into a room as soon as possible, and will not charge you extra to do it.
  7. Until it is finished it would be our last choice in this area.

  9. Hyatt Place has a shuttle service that sits right in front of the hotel waiting to take passengers to the airport. It takes no more than 10 min to go 2 miles. When at the airport and yo have your bags , just call the shuttle and it will be there in 10 min or less. We have used Hyatt Place over 10 times and have never waited more than 10 min.
  10. No. Just giving the distance, not like its 15 miles. Hotel shuttles are not required to have car seats for babies. Its up to poster what they want to do.
  11. The airport and the port are about 2 miles from each other. We stay at Hyatt PLACE on SE 10th. St. witch is 1 block off of 17th St. 2 miles from airport, and 1/2 mile to the port. They have a shuttle that is $8 P.P. and is reliable. Many other hotels on 17th St. that are nice, we have been to all of them. Embassy Suites is also popular but is being renovated. Its pretty worn out and a very large and busy hotel. Lots of places to eat in this area also.
  12. 1/2 a mile. Its like 2-3 short blocks to the entrance to the port
  13. Any hotel close to the port will hold your luggage for $5. Pick it back up when your ready to head to the airport. Done this plenty of times when having a late flight. So many people over think this.
  14. Hyatt Place is less than 1/2 mile to the port, and about 2 miles from the airport.
  15. There are plenty of hotels near the port, all within 2-3 miles. The airport to the port is 2 miles, all very close. https://www.google.com/maps/place/1850+Eller+Dr,+Fort+Lauderdale,+FL+33316/@26.0797091,-80.1286049,15z/data=!4m15!1m8!3m7!1s0x88d9000acb53aa5b:0xb27ceb98027011f0!2s1850+Eller+Dr,+Fort+Lauderdale,+FL+33316!3b1!8m2!3d26.0816224!4d-80.1205692!16s%2Fg%2F11bw3_l97g!3m5!1s0x88d9000acb53aa5b:0xb27ceb98027011f0!8m2!3d26.0816224!4d-80.1205692!16s%2Fg%2F11bw3_l97g?entry=ttu Zoom out 1 click to see the airport. We stay a Hyatt Place on S.E. 10th. street, just off 17th. street. Close to lots of places to eat, all walkable, 2-3 blocks.

  17. The hotel you have listed is at least 10 miles from the port and I have never been there. Hyatt Place is the cheapest in the 17th. street area though V.T. this time of year, but this late of a booking I am sure they would have no rooms at the V.T. rate. You could still try but I would just try Trivago being so close to your trip. We love Hyatt Place and stay there often. Any hotel along 17th. street would be fine for 1 night.
  18. I will stick with Hyatt Place thru valutrips for $ 119 a night, May thu November. Its a bed for 1 night, and can take the free bus from Harbor Shops to the beach
  19. Be careful, some hotels on the beach have resort fees on top of taxes. Just like Las Vegas does.
