You must have been on the same tender as me. The ine ahead had the life jackets, and ours did not pull them out.
The half price happy hour was already planned though, as I was looking forqard to it from the cruise compass. Either way, I would not have expected compensation. In the past I have gotten a variation from nothing to an open bar for an hour for a missed port. I do not expect anything however
Yes we sure were on the same one! I think that visual is what made a couple of people on our tender freak out.
That happy hour was planned?! Figures the one day I didn't read the compass, would be for 1/2 priced beverages. But I couldn't agree more with you more, if we would have missed the port entirely, I would've expected more activities and nothing more.

You might have new info.
But from what I've read, Ultimate is Premium + Replenish.
You can't get Starbucks espresso drinks from the Starbucks locations present on, what, two? ships.
You CAN get Starbucks espresso from the OTHER espresso locations present on the ships. So just walk by the Starbucks if you're on Oasis, go to what's probably called Latte-tudes at Cafe Promenade (I believe), and get your espresso/latte/mocha/frappuccino there and it will be included.
When I was on the Explorer last month, Starbucks was included. The only one I saw was on the Promenade next to the Ben and Jerry's section.

Starbucks is included in the Ultimate Package.

To the OP: As someone who sailed on Explorer 2 weeks prior to your cruise (Feb 9-16), I can tell you that tendering during a storm is not something you would have wanted. The tender I was on made it halfway towards the ship, before the crew deemed it unsafe to tender back to the ship, and returned to shore.
However, there was a one-hour 'Happy Hour' of half-priced drinks onboard because our time on the island was cut short because of said storm, and the cruise directors loaded the day with more activities to make up for missing island time.
Your cruise experience would've been extremely more pleasant had you been able to indulge in a 'Coco Loco.' :D

If you can't afford to buy your own drink package, you shouldn't be cruising.
...but there is no correlation between the two.

I was talking about the liquor packages which can total a lot more money and would be taken very seriously. I am not judging anyone who steals, I just call them what they are.
As far as you drinking a LOT of diet soda, maybe you should read the ingredients on the can. Those drinks are full of carcinogens.
Surely, she is an adult and knows that already. You can drink too much of anything and it would be deemed bad/unhealthy after a certain amount.

How about in Cape Liberty?
Last week for Explorer, there was a separate line for security for Crown and Anchor members.

Does anyone know if the Exployer has then and if so where they are?
5th floor Promenade had the mixed soda machine last week. Any other time you could just show your card to the bartender.

Not much of a day drinker but will have 5 at night from dinner on.
5 at night, and assuming those are at least $9 a pop (which is what the average adult cocktail went for on my Explorer cruise this past week) that is $45 right there. Factor in bottles of water you can/will consume and you will pass both the Premium ($55) and Ultimate ($65) package per day prices with ease.
I would love to see just how many cocktails, beers, virgin beverages, bottled waters, and Starbucks coffees I ordered between the 9th-16th, especially with 4 sea days.
It is totally worth it not having to worry about what your tab will be at the end of the week.

No such thing existed on the Explorer for my roommate and I last month on the Explorer. I would probably be livid if someone tried to regulate how long I had to wait in order to have my next drink.
