Last February after debarkation, I walked a block with my luggage to a Luggage storage place and left it there for the day. cost was $10 ish If I remember correctly. I enjoyed the day in the port area, collected my luggage and headed to the airport for my flight home.
I carry a small roll of packaging tape in my carry on to tape shut the boxes after security has opened them for their check. I once had flimsy boxes after opening and the cans spilt out all over the place. Not fun picking them up off the floor.
Does anyone have any details on what is available at the PIG N ANCHOR restaurant on embarkation day???
I have seen videos of people showing special items only available first day on the Mardi Gras.
I have in the past cruised on my birthday for most cruises.
Not once has anyone on any ship recognized my birthday.
As stated by others, I am an introvert as well, and this suits me just fine.
I have seen a cake delivered to other people and B-day singing so I suspect
someone in that party has made special arrangements.
For me, it's about waking up early and making my way to one of the secret forward observation decks. Watching the island slowly get bigger and the ship coming into the port and docking. Seeing the locals getting ready for the on slot of passengers is an amazing feeling.
I was just looking at the Port Nassau web cam and noticed the Liberty Whale tail is back to normal.
When did this repair happen and why wasn't I notified????? LOL
Liberty is Looking much better now.... dare I say.....................
Great information, It's been something that I have wondered if it was worth the time and effort.
I will definitely try to get a spot on my upcoming February Venezia cruise.
On the Horizon, Guy's Pin n Anchor has trash can Nacho's ..... those are good and have a Crunch.
I, as stated by others also bring on my own bag of chips in my carry on.
I called the Carnival 1-800 number and the agent told me that Canadians ARE covered and gave me this number 1-800-331-2796 - the claims assist. I called that number and the agent assured me that ALL Canadians except for the province of Quebec were covered.
