  1. Hi,has anyone used this company going to the airport.Price is reasonable but I haven't used them myself.
  2. If there is a big difference in price and you don't mind where the cabin is I think it is.We booked a guarantee ceanview balcony on Oasis of the seas and were just assigned cabin 10186 which is fine but it is a connecting room.We have also had a cabin on Independance on deck 7 near everything and the lifts but you may end up with a cabin that is a long way from the lifts with a bad view.If you don't mind were you are as long as your on the ship and it's saving money its fine.
  3. Hi we were there a few years ago and you can walk into town. Its not far.About 20 mins into the main area.If you google the cruise port you can see the route.Have fun.

Hi could anyone tell me if there is a hop on hop off bus that leaves from the cruise port.
  6. Hi if you look at the thread called "DIY in Spanish ports" just below yours there is lots of good info there that might help you with some ideas.
  7. Thank you Island lady that's a nice thing to do and I think it would be appreciated.
  8. Thank you all for your replies. I really just wanted to know if there would be anyone in the lounge at breakfast or when going for a coffee that I would tip so that I didn't turn up empty handed.I had already read lots of discussions on tipping when using a drinks voucher but not at breakfast or having a coffee. Thanks again for your helpful information.
  9. Hi, this is our first cruise as diamond and wondered when you go to the lounge for coffee and snacks or breakfast is it self service or is there someone serving.I know when you use you voucher for a drink it is polite to give your server a tip.Just want to know what we need to do and don't get it wrong. Also can you go in for late night coffee as I read it is nicer that the usual coffee you get.Is the Oasis viking lounge a nice area to use.
  10. Thank you for your info.
  11. Thank you all for your helpful replies.
  12. Hi,does anyone know if the cabins on the Oasis have usb ports and what plugs there are.Would there be any European. We haven't been on the Oasis before.
  13. Hi,It depends how many port days you have when your off the ship not drinking.I think you sometimes drink more because you don't worry about the price or trying new things. If you don't take the package you can take 2 bottles of wine per cabin and water or soft drinks on to drink aswell. It'll cost you about 10$for a spirit and mixer 14$ for a cocktail and same if not more for wine plus gratuities. You could keep checking for a sale on the drinks package if don't want to pay that.
  14. Yes Biker 19.It is difficult to do,seems to be easier for you in the USA👍
  15. Thank you both for your replies.I just looked at the barcode and it is showing 10186 which is a connecting cabin. We usually pick or have been assigned cabins on decks 6-8 so if that remains we will see how we like being up higher and having a different outlook. Thank you FionaMG for that tip.
  16. Hi,My setsale pass on the app and signing in online said deck 10, stateroom Qty, Muster CO2 on Friday now today it says the same on the app but online it says boarding pass instead of deck 10 it says reprint,Qty,muster C02. What does that mean?
  17. Thank you for your replies. Our cruise isn't till next year but I had forgot about the medication timing, and just thought I would ask what other people do.
  18. Hi, we fly from Uk to Miami for 3 days and then a Transatlantic cruise back. Can anyone tell me how they work out their medication with the time difference please.

  20. Thank you for your replies. I have a voucher to use for £390 with Hotels. com Ashland so I will book with them. I just wanted to know if it was worth paying the extra for the other rooms. LHT28 a view would be nice but I will be happy without it at the price. if I was paying more I would only do it if it benefited me and one of them might have been a view. Basketball I thought so but I've been told April is high season hence the prices.
  21. Thank you for your replies. Not sure I think they're worth the extra. You can buy drinks and snacks, I don't like Nespresso coffee much and if there's no view there's no point. 😆
  22. Thank you for your reply LHT28. There is plenty of info about the rooms but I can't see any mention of the elite rooms. Is it on another page?
  23. Hi, can anyone tell me the difference between a king room an an elite king room at this hotel. On Hotel.com a king room for 3 nts in April 24 is £526 ( 676$) An elite king is £663 (852$) A king studio suite is £708 (910$) Just wondering if it is worth upgrade.
  24. I looked at both these hotels and although the Holiday Inn was in a good location I saw quite a few bad reviews and I thought the Hampton looked the better choice. Still trying to decided between the Hampton or the beach.
