I would stay home before I'd sail with 3 adults in an ocean view cabin. These cabins are tiny. If you can move up to at least a balcony cabin which isn't great either but much better you might still be talking to each other at the end of the cruise. A mini suite would be more tolerable for 3 adults, at least there is a sofa to sit on.

Where on Diamond is a place for lattes and good coffee?
cruzsnooze replied to deepwater's topic in Princess Cruises
The Diamond was fitted to suit the Asian market. I have had 2 Japan Cruisetours on the Diamond cancelled already due to Covid. -
I don't understand why people answer 'they think" or "maybe". It doesn't offer the OP a definitive answer. I sail in full suites and an umbrella is always in the closet. There are 2 of them since there is always two of us. On occasion when I have sailed in a Club Class Mini there is no umbrella.

Beware of the soda package. They bring a fountain poured soda and it may not be what you want. I can tell the difference between regular coke vs diet. It's usually watered down with melted ice. I don't tip again. Princess took all the guess work out of tipping when they went with the auto daily tipping suggestions which can be adjusted at guest services.

Is your Florida address for real because they will send the AARP magazine and some perks to that address. Is there someone in the US who can buy the cards for you?

Full suites will have lots of space for a wheelchair.

I faxed the statement copy of my stock and the form and haven't seen it posted and it's been 2 weeks. I resent it 3 days ago and will wait to see what happens. I do believe via email gets done faster.

The lounge is for elite tier, which those people EARNED. If everyone is allowed to bring 2 people in who aren't elite tier it would crowded. What's the value of earning a reward or perk if anyone can have it without having earned it. You can join your friends in the general boarding area. This type of question also comes up regarding club class dining. If you didn't pay for it or get it as a perk for loyalty tiers then it's not yours to use. Thanks to the OP for asking so that they know they don't have to leave them and can join them in the general boarding area. If you arrive early you could get into the first group to board after the B2Ber's and elite tier which is still early.

It's included in the package so I personally do NOT double tip.

Kids sail free promo? Please Princess say it isn't true.

Have to disagree with you........................bedtime is 😃10PM -
I made a booking with the $1 deposit this morning. My reason is to protect from loosing several hundred dollars should Princess "fail" to sail IE declare bankruptcy. I also heard the $1 deposit was to show their bookings are at pre pandemic levels. What's everyone elses thoughts about the $1 deposits?

holding out hope for some money on our June cruise
cruzsnooze replied to Riley_Mon's topic in Princess Cruises
It's not clear to me why you're holding out hope of an FCC if you don't plan to cruise again. Didn't you get some sort of announcement / explaination/apology when you were onboard? -
Recent passengers on Emerald or Grand Class Ships….

If you are over the dance floor in Club Fusion the music will be loud and goes on until late into the night. -
What type cabin did you book? In a full suite it would easily fit and in a mini too. Maybe not in balcony or ocean view or inside cabin.

Besides preferring the drink vouchers every day I prefer the cabins on RCL. All cabins have a love seat whereas Princess did away with the barrel chairs leaving no place to sit but the desk. That stated I prefer the more adult environment and less children on Princess. I prefer the buffet on RCL since it much bigger with a greater variety. I am Diamond Plus on RCL and Elite tier on Princess so I've cruised a good amount on both. One area I absolutely love on RCL is the self serve coke machines. Many times on Princess when I order a diet coke with the soda package the fountain coke comes in a glass and I can taste it's regular coke and usually very watered down with melted ice. I no longer waste my money on a soda package and bring a 12 pack of cans to supplement the complimentary mini bar. Both cruise lines have their good and bad and I'd sail either one and enjoy it.

Club class is a definite no. It is very capacity controlled and anyone extra would mean someone who paid to eat there might have to wait for a table. You can order all you want from the regular dinner menu and have your friend join you in your suite. Are you aware there are no dining tables in suites, just a small coffee table that really won't hold three full dinners.

Nobody cares what you wear if it's clean.. We see everything from suits to Hawaiian shirts on formal nights.

I can get as far as seeing the fares for the categories but not into the page to pick a cabin, it has an error message. Not very conducive to Princess getting deposits.

I got an email this morning about a new promotion about California residents, so they might be updating the Calif sailings
