  1. If you are able to buy it for one day, I believe the cost is 20.00. Some people have reported they have done it, just to be able to check into flights on disembarkation.
  2. So you missed two out of the four Hawaii ports. I am hoping for better next month, but safety first, of course. Do you have an idea of how many first time Hawaii cruisers are onboard? it. Ours will be our first, and probably last cruise there, as we just wanted to try it out to see how we like that many sea days in a row.
  3. I hope you get it. It’s a tiny bottle, through. I don’t think the ship sells the 375 ml. in the shops.
  4. I don’t think you are alone. I feel the same way.Use it… or lose it.
  5. I see, I guess I’m about to get free laundry soap and tokens! Yippee.I don’t remember seeing that listed, but I also wasn’t looking too closely at it. I was looking forward to sending laundry out, as we finally reach the level on our next back to back. I am bit disappointed in reading about the mini bar, since we generally don’t drink alcohol, and would have done some kind of mix and match of pop and water, or the now discontinued coffee card, but I’m still happy to be cruising.
  6. Thanks for listing those differences. We did a Celebrity cruise a few years ago and I couldn’t remember why we didn’t go back., but your list had me saying… oh yeah- several times. We aren’t foodies and I remember we didn’t love it, but food isn’t everything.
  7. If they are free, why do you have to have the Elite loyalty level to get them?
  8. Thanks so much, I’ve been on quite a few Princess ships, but not this one, if my memory is any good. 😉 Of course, I can ask as we walk onto the ship. I’m usually just so thankful to have made it on the ship, that I might forget.
  9. In your wanderings, if you happen to come across where muster station A is, will you please let me know? It does seem easier to go there before we get into the cabin and see the back of the cabin door and then need to go find it. We usually watch the video first, then go, but if I can tap and go while we wait for the cabin to be ready, I’m even happier. I can not find it marked on any deck plan that I looked at.
  10. I always make sure we have some FCD, There are often 1.00 deposit days or deposits of 50.00 or 100.00 dollars offers going on, with $100 or more more OBC offered, too. The extra OBC is nice, but sometimes we book insides, and it’s not enough to get too excited about. Let’s just hope that advantage doesn’t go away.
  11. I’m still happy that one I had been thinking of was doing was included, so we booked it quickly and now we are off to Hawaii!
  12. That is true… however, they sometimes send you an email right after your cruise, offering a very low deposit, if you book another cruise within a very short timeframe.
  13. I also live in BC. I think the 8% difference might be the port charges and taxes, charged in USD or something. I’ve never been able to figure out what that small difference is. I could open the zip file, but it was a long list, for sure. If you are signed in, that low price you see, is one of the CAD at almost par. I found the one that I have booked for next year, but it wasn’t included in the sale.
  14. It reads like you will be able to do that. Maybe they are just getting rid of the mixing and matching, to speed things up.
  15. Did you notice that it is no longer called the Princess Patter? Now it’s just called the Princess Event Listings. I’ll always just call it the Pitter Patter Paper. It’s more fun that way.
  16. It looks like you could switch for all soda or all water, not a mix of both. As per their website. I hope they sort all this out soon.
  17. That seems crazy. I understand they dropped the option to switch for the coffee package, but soda now, too.
  18. I’m so glad the cleaning worked out, but there’s not a chance I’d pack something without trying it on to make sure it fit, unless it has been within a month. I always ask my husband to try his on too.. he’s been surprised a time or two.😏 We try to go somewhere spring and fall, so after a long lazy winter, sometimes there’s a variance.😉
  19. Thanks for responding. Time will tell how well they are received.
  20. Is it possible to just ask them not to put the candy on? Was it like a milkshake on the inside?
  21. That’s my least favourite menu, so I’m glad to see the extra special menu added on there. It’s that, or head for a quick dinner somewhere else.
  22. Did they drop the character? I do hope so….
  23. Thanks so much. I live in BC and went right to a local passport office yesterday. They charged my credit card right away and gave me a mailing date of March 16. They said they were all caught up and they will mail it to me and said another 10 business days for arrival. There’s no way to track it, though. It just has to be delivered to me by April12- or I will miss my ship.
