We were to go to Israel April 2023 on the Pursuit on an "Israel Intensive" cruise. We found out two days before boarding the ship (we were sitting at the airport waiting to board our plane to Greece) that we were no longer going to Israel. We went to Alexandria, Egypt instead for two days and added a few stops at Greek islands. While Egypt was never on my bucket list, we did go on some AZ tours that were very interesting. The tourist security that they had for our tours was pretty incredible and maybe scary. I was impressed at how quickly AZ was able to pull together tours for us and we made the most of the change. Even though AZ did not need to, we all did receive a small FCC. Praying for all in Israel.

We are having an issue getting FCC that were promised after our April 15th cruise failed to go to Israel. It was a major last minute itinerary change (2 days before sailing). I have also contacted customer service, sent them a copy of the letter that everyone received on the sailing regarding the FCC that would be posted to our account no later than 60 days after our sailing....still no credits. I did receive a note back from Azamara Support saying: "We apologize for the delay in response and thank you for your patients" Really??!! patients?? Maybe this is part of the problem. Yes, very frustrating. We enjoy our time the ships, just don't care for the treatment from the company.

We stayed at the Movenpick in September 2022. We enjoyed the location. Easy walk to downtown, near the train station (don't worry, no noise from it). When it is time to board the ship, you walk outside and right next door is the boarding area. Great location.

I'll keep you posted. Now to finish packing!!

We also started one before the website change over. We sail on Saturday, so will check to see if it is really scheduled or not. Our first day is at sea, so that would be a better day to hold it.

Once signed in, ours show up after clicking the "Upcoming Cruises" it is on a banner on top. Ours was incorrect yesterday, now correct.

I was able to login just now and our upcoming cruise, April 15th is listed. Most of our booked excursions are listed. So it is making progress.

We would gladly share some snow. The Colorado Rockies are having a great snow year. But, I must admit that we are getting a little tired of clearing the drive daily. Another storm today. There is a fire pit out there somewhere......

April 15, 2023 Pursuit, Israel Intensive. Looking forward to finally getting to go to Israel 🤞. Had this booked back in 2021. This will be our third AZ cruise in 18 mos. and second on the Pursuit.

We did have a day or two where it almost reached 80. But, no we have not had the heatwave that has hit Denver. At 9,000 feet we are usually much cooler.

It is summertime in the Colorado Rockies. Such a beautiful time of year. As a disclaimer, the moose photo was taken through our home window, I would never get that close to one! Looking forward to our second Azamara cruise in September.
