Port Valet available for Carnival cruisers yet?

There are specific hours for this program and unfortunately, we couldn't participate because your flight had to be before 6:00 pm and ours wasn't until 6:15. I went down to the desk and asked if there was any leeway and they said no. It was a SWA flight. -
Seattle Port Valet available to Carnival ships?

We had previously used the Port Valet service, however on our last Princess cruise, the form from the Port Valet service said your flight had to be scheduled to depart before 6:00 pm. Since ours was a SWA at 6:15 pm, I asked if there was any leeway and they said no. The form used to be on the port's website, but don't know if it still is.
