Perhaps basketball and football should have a Minor League set up like they have in baseball. I went to a college that was Div.3 and to two other colleges that did not have sports teams.Education was stressed.Having said that I have been following the activities of the Div.1 university that my granddaughter attends and I enjoy watching the bands

I was rooting for UConn.The husband of one of my doctors is a U Conn graduate.He was at the game last night. One of my former co workers is a alum of the college.

I have always been against a college athlete who attends solely to play a sport.There are many non athletes who cannot get into a college because of this.I am also against the college athletes who graduate but academically should not have been there at all.I enjoy rooting for players who are students primarily.

Every Wednesday I sing on a Zoom program with people who have Parkinson’s . We currently are over 100 people living all over the world Last Wednesday we sang songs of the 60’s and this coming Wednesday we were doings songs of the 70’s.We get the songs (lyrics) a week in advance.We sing pop,rock and Broadway..

It is based on the book and the film .I never read the books nor did I ever see the film .The series is very well made .There was only one flaw that I detected .

U-Conn Men’s Basketball is the best team since UCLA in 1964-65 in my opinion.Danny Hurley is a great Coach.
