  1. Ah yes, but do they use lamp posts to lean on to stay upright in their drunken state 🤣 ?
  2. Also, most people use statistics as a drunk uses a lamp post - for support rather than illumination 🤔
  3. Hi, my SIL had the plus package on Coral and his favourite drink was above the price cap. He was occasionally charged the extra but more often than not, the bar/wait staff didn't add the surcharge. So it's anybody's guess what they'll do on any particular day!
  4. That's a worry - you could phone and ask for your issue to be referred to their technical team. That worked like magic for me, although different issue.
  5. Yes, spot on. We had a fabulous hotel room looking straight out to the Matterhorn. No private cars allowed in Zermatt so pedestrian friendly, although you still had to watch out all the time for the many hotel horse drawn vehicles and other business essential traffic on the road. Your turn 😊
  6. Wow, a stab in the dark, seeing the horse drawn carriages, but thinking there should be more high-rises. My SIL proposed to my daughter on a horse drawn carriage ride in NY. Anyway, next pic, country and town
  7. Hi, you can check the city's port schedule to see where your cruise ship has its booking, for Sydney - https://www.portauthoritynsw.com.au/cruise/sydney-cruise-schedule/ The OPT is the Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal which is situated conveniently at Circular Quay, where there is plenty of accommodation, transport links including to the airport, as well as cafes, restaurants and sightseeing. White Bay is used when the OPT is already fully booked and for ships that can fit under the harbour bridge. It's not quite as convenient a location for visitors as the OPT is, but not impossible as it's still just a taxi ride away.
  8. Yes, it's Mt Solaro, Anacapri - if you zoom in and look carefully, you can see the road up there, overhanging the cliff side - scary! We had trouble finding the statue, we'd seen it in brochures and try to get our own photo of what the professionals take, we'd just about given up then spotted it a bit tucked away.
  9. Oops, it would help if you had a photo -
  10. Okay, where specifically was I, and who is this dude?
  11. You can't go wrong with the paper form. On my last return to NZ, I completed the declaration on line and received an email saying it had been successfully completed. However, arriving at immigration, for whatever reason, it hadn't attached electronically to my passport, the email confirmation was of no use - grrr. I had to leave the queue, complete a paper copy and go back to the end of the queue again 😪 Moral of this, I would take the time to fill out the paper copy as a back-up even if I'd already done it on line - once bitten twice shy.
