I'm questioning if the charge will be $15 or $17.70 with an added gratuity

Can anyone confirm if an additional gratuity is charged on the $15 surcharge when choosing hibachi as meal with dining plan?

We enjoyed the beach club. We went went as a family of 4 with two younger kids. We went in winter and pool was pretty cold so couldn't really use much. As others have mentioned they have subsequently raised the price so for our upcoming trip we are going to give included beach chairs a try.

Anyone been on a 6-day itinerary lately? My daughter loves doing the ice skating at it's not coming up for the next cruise on July 1. Wondering if anyone has been recently and done ice skating. Thanks!

I've found that it typically isn't that much difference to book two connecting interior as 4 in a room. I'd price that way and see if it makes more sense. You'd have two bathrooms that way too.

I would probably book 4 and 3 in connecting cabin (book with one parent in one of these) and then book across hall balcony with 1 parent and 6 year old. Just interchange keys with 6 year old who won't be alone for most part anyway.

This was the cruise that stayed at sea an extra day as the Port was closed from storm. I am trying to file a claim through travel insurance and am looking for something indicating the change in itinerary from the cruise line. Does anyone have documentation saved they could send me or have a contact at Royal that I can request from?

I was annoyed that they charged based on full onboard price. Ended up paying more for extended WiFi than I originally booked package for 4 devices.
