  1. Would you really go on a cruise where you were required to wear a mask anytime out of your cabin including ports?
  2. Group bookings are often not done this way
  3. I've never paid for an excursion ahead of time in 40 cruises. Always got what I wanted after boarding.

  7. It's not a free diner or small perk. It's often about 10% of the cruise cost in OBC. That's not small. Why would anyone lose their deposit or worse?
  8. All the OP has done is whine about their refund. Funny thing is that if they had done nothing, their refund probably would have come at the same time. Thousands of refunds that all have to be done individually overwhelming the employees that are doing it while taking the abuse of the customers. The OP is obviously above us all and I have no idea why they are cruising this inferior cruise line in the first place
  9. It might take 4-6 months to resolve the whole thing, but you will get a credit for the amount immediately
  10. If your flight is late enough you don't really think they'll wait just because you booked their shuttle do you?
