  1. We the same issue on the Constellation this past January, 2024. The only stations available were children's programming and X info pages. Depending on who you spoke with you would get different answers to why service was out. Fortunately, we were able to get ESPN for the National Championship game !
  2. Lol, when I saw this post I knew when I saw the headline and the typo people would make fun instead of helping with an answer to the question. Nobody is perfect.
  3. Yes, you can definitely reserve dining times in the app. Also, on embarkation day, asap, see maître d at MDR and make reservations.
  4. On our last cruise in January on Connie, the tv service was so bad, reception was very, very poor, it was hit and miss with getting any tv service. When you were able to get a channel it was mostly children's tv. This was the week of the College Football National Championship. We are not big tv viewers, we like to watch morning and evening news. I hope they have fixed the issue
  5. I wish thet had done more to cabins ! We love Connie, cruised on her a few times, but cabins are very outdated compared to Edge class ships. They really need to install USB connections and update showers with new shower heads and glass doors.

  7. We were on Connie this past January when we learned of the "refurb". Hoping that they would do more to cabins, like more USB ports and update showers. We will be on Connie again in November.

  10. One last note on 35% discount. I think it was a last year, can't recall exactly when. Upgrade dropped to $6.99 for Classic to Premium. Keep watching X website !

  12. I just saw that X is having a flash sale, upgrade Classic to Premium. Was, $10.99 per person, now, $8.99 per person.
  13. The only issue we had with towels are we get too many, which is great ! They always give us fresh towels in the morning, afternoon and prior to returning to cabin in the evening. We enrolled in the Stay Green, I think that's the name, anyway, after many X cruises you would never know, cabin attendants are always sprucing up our cabin ! They deserve a lot more than what they make !
  14. Ditto ! I have AT&T for many years on many cruises at different ports. I always turn to Airplane Mode before ship leaves and never ever had any issues.
  15. Yes, I attempted to log in and it was slow and finally got a screen that states down for maintenance/upgrade.
  16. We have cruised out Tampa several times, but have never stayed at a hotel the night prior. We booked a hotel in Ybor City, but, know nothing about the area. Any suggestions on restaurants ?
  17. I always have issues logging into ship wifi and tech staff says I must use my 90 minutes before I use my purchased wifi. It's not me making this up. I heard this from other cruisers as well.
  18. So, you purchased Premium wifi ? Elite, you have 90 minutes, you have to use it first.
  19. No Look at the website or app, you don't have to do anything, its a perk for your status. If you are Elite, you dont have to do anything. If you need more assistance please send me a message, I will try to help you ! Happy Cruising !
  20. I responded to a similar question concerning Elite 90 minutes internet perk. Yes, 90 minutes, but, if you already have internet you purchased or as an all included perk you must use the Elite minutes firsty. Also, make sure you logoff after each use to conserve the minutes, it goes very fast.
  21. Ditto ! But, let me warn you, that 90 min will go very if you don't take care. To conserve your minutes, logout after each use, if you don't they will disappear, especially if you stream something. I use it only to check email and my Blink cameras every other day.
  22. Excuse me, maybe I said that incorrectly. I meant we no longer get the All Included cuz it adds a lot to your cost. We want to go bare bones on our next cruise, buying beverages by the drink/glass, we always have wifi due to status. On a normal day we have 7-9 beverages a day.
  23. I think I saw this somewhere on the board but cant find it now. Is there a price list for individual alcoholic beverages, Cafe Al Bacio and bottles of water. We use to get Classic Beverage package as a perk and upgrade to Premium. Since we no longer can get the "All Included", and the purchase price of a package is sky high we were looking at buying drinks per glass.
