  1. Hi Is this the correct tour? https://roatantucanadventures.com/ If not, do you have a direct link? Thanks,
  2. ParoDeeJay was there. The YT video was from 2 yrs ago
  3. Make sure that you link your kids' C&A # to yours. Only your kids will receive diamond benefits, not the cousin.
  4. When I arrived at my scheduled 10.30-11am boarding time last week at Port Canaveral for Marina OTS in terminal 5 they didn't check anyone. When I arrived, the waiting area was at 90% capacity! Maybe terminal 5 is smaller than terminal 1 so they don't check? What is the use to select a boarding time if the staff don't enforce it.
  5. that's exactly the process I use every time. takes about 5 mins.
  6. Here you go...you just have to download the document that RC sent and note the page # that the luggage tag is on and input that info into the this tool. PDFLuggageTagTool_2-4.exe
  7. I recently booked a gty balcony while on Harmony at Next Cruise for Wonder next Feb, and while the invoice didn't indicate XB, the agent's screen showed.
  8. ditto... that's royal math! 🙄 but advantage us😉
  9. thanks just cxl and rebook for the correct price
  10. I'm also experiencing this issue, doesn't make any sense. I was told by 2 agent that $11.99 will be honored onboard if I booked 1st device. I don't believe that whatsoever.
  11. it does seem it's better to book individually, at least in this scenario.
  12. Hello, I've only had 1 device in previous sailings, but with the black friday promo I want to have 2 device under my name. It's currently $14.99/day per device and $11.99 per additional device. This is for a 8-night sailing. 1st device would be $14.99 x 8 = $119.92 additional device - $11.99 x 8 = $95.92 Total cost is $215.84 But when I went to select 2 device the total came to $239.84 ($119.92 x 2). I called C&A and was told that I need to book the 1st device and then onboard I would be able to book additional devices at $11.99. I don't see it written anywhere on the cruise planner that $11.99 will be honor onboard. She insisted that the promo will be on my seapass. Is this how booking additional devices work in the past? Somehow my spidey sense tells me that's not how it works. Like I mentioned, I've only had 1 device in prior sailings so I don't have experience with additional devices. Thanks for any feedback/comments on how all this works!
  13. Ditto - used Rapid Test & Trace for the 4 of us at the same time.
  14. Thank you for your quick response! I figured the 5yo requirement was outdated info, but wanted to check nonetheless.
