Just odd smells in the hall like old smelly socks, musty smells. Not all the time but occasionally it would just hit in different parts of the ship.  We would be walking sometimes and just smelled unpleasant smells.Our sheets always smelled musty as well.

12648 on oasis used to be the 4 bedroom presidential suite but was cut up to make 2 2 bedroom gs.  It has a hottub, But note the beds  do not separate the usual way.They have to be seperated and block an entrance.

A few more things from yesterday. Captain Jaret came into the Diamond Lounge and talking to us. He showed me a nice app that he uses on his phone to track weather and seas. He told us the ship would be rocking and rolling last night and boy did it. Luckily I don’t get sea sick but I bet some other passengers did. The app is called “Windy.”

Thanks for doing this.  We were booked on Adventrue pre covid right before it was "refurbished" and  somany things were off since they were getting ready for  a refurb. Going again next New Years.  Excited to see pictures.  Is the concierge lounge  up in Viking or still on deck 9?

We have experienced it when sailing in suites since I can remember.  Also just got back from Explorer and Pinnacles do not need to check them out either.

Do non-PC guests in the Stateroom with a PC have suite lounge, suite sun deck and CK access?  If a PC couple books so each is booked in a cabin with a half a newbie couple, would all four have access while other PC’s are locked out?  I hope not.

 

I think this means, if you and your spouse/partner have different points it reverts to whoever has the most points even though they may be lower than others. I have many more than my husband and when his name is listed first we do not get our full amenities.

Royal sometimes provides transportation between the ports if they are sailing on the same day.

Without Nassau and CocoCay royal would not have many options to offer cruisers.  I am not a fanof Nassau but love Coco Cay.  I am not a beach person, but enjoy the shady spots, food and music near the bar.

We had an extra wide larger rolling chair, not a wheelchair parked in front of a room right off the entrance to the hall from the elevator. It was always there.  Imagine my surprise when I saw a lady 3 doors away walk to it and go off in it.  It wasn't even parked in front of her own room. I thought maybe they were travelling together but they were not.

Royal is going after 1st time cruisers who have no idea about costs.  As an example my dd bf parents booked a cruise for the first time last summer.  They booked an interior room through the website and added the drink package, 2 wifi and udp, and beach bed at Coco Cay  and a hefty Royal Up to a balcony.  I asked them to send me their invoice so I  could look at it.  By the time I looked at it they were able to upgrade to a balcony at no cost to them, cancel the drink package since only one person drank, and cancelled the Coco Cay beach bed and 1 wifi package as they were only concerned about needing the internet in case of emergency, and cancelling the UDP since this was their first cruise , let them do the dining room first.

They also have private / group lessons that you can reserve that I have seen in the app on some ships.

Saw it in the cruise planner for my Harmony cruise for 69.00 under onboard activities.
