Please refresh my memory, what email do I send special request to get extra mattress pad on bed? Thanks

We were scheduled to be on Ovation of the Seas leaving about a week ago from Honolulu, of course it got cancelled, we took the FCC, and re-booked for September for the reverse itinerary ending in HNL, got our email with the FCC, and today after being on hold for total of 2 1/2 hours and being switched over to 3 different departments so we could apply it to our new reservation, they said that the amount was wrong. So now they have to work on it, and will get back to me???? I only have until May 31 to get new one paid? Anyone else get the wrong amount of credit???

We were booked for May 5 departure from Hawaii, they cancelled, nothing has posted on our points? Maybe are cruise being in May is a little to early to see points posted? Has anyone that had their points posted re-booked? We did for September and maybe that's why we don't see the points?

We are scheduled for May 7 Hawaii cruise, since it goes to Vancouver, for us to fly home. Canada has closed borders till July. I am waiting for Royal Carib to cancel so we can book for September cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii. When will they come out and cancel the May cruise? I don't want to cancel, since it's easier to rebook when they do the cancelling?
-
What are the chances it will be extended, we are due to leave 5/7, I want to cancel and re-schedule, I would rather they cancel so I can get my money back first
-
I did call RCCL and because we are already paid in full, isn't that easy to rebook. It can't be transferred from reservation to reservation, it has be cancelled, I have to wait for them to send me a certificate that I can use for next cruise... plus they refund my credit card for the excursions we already booked and port fees. so part refund part cert. It would be much easier if they could just transfer everything to a new reservation!

We are due to depart on the Ovation of the Seas May 7th from HNL to Vancouver. However husband is uncomfortable with going with all this Corona Virus stuff. Found a cruise on Ovatiion with reverse itinerary of Vancouver to Hawaii in September 1 night less and more money. Since we are paid in full we can't just switch things over and the September cruise is about $600 more than May for one night less??? Do you think that the prices will go down any given the current situation? I have to wait until they send me certificates once I cancel to rebook and apply the certs. Just trying to see is I should wait to see if prices go down, before we pay more for the cruise. Thanks

We are on the Ovation of the Seas in early May for a cruise around Hawaii then up to Vancouver. We board in Honolulu, and spend the first day and half docked in port, Ship dosen't depart till next day. Never have done this before. Are any of the bars or restaurants open that day and half? Where does one eat and drink before they sail the next day? Anything open that day and half, or do we check in board drop off bags and exit the ship again for the rest of the day? Thanks for any help from experienced Hawaii cruisers

We are booked next May on a cruise from/to Hawaii, we board on May 7th, in Honolulu and ship doesn't depart until the next day the 8th at 5pm. Does that mean we can come and go off the ship to Honolulu, as long as we are on by 5pm leave time? Does that mean we spend the first night on the ship that's not sailing? Never taken this kind of cruise before. Thanks

Before I call RCCL, thought I would see if anyone knew the answer. We booked a suite with a non refundable deposit end of March 2020, now husband doesn't want to go those dates. Any chance we can move our deposit to a different date reservation? Just hate to lose deposit, Thanks

yes a simple rum and coke was $13.99 Trust me I had simple bourbon and cokes and they were $13.99 a drink. That's one of the reasons we went ahead and got the package. I don't know if prices are the same on all ships or just the Symphony

Just returned from Symphony, wanted to give everyone some info about the drink package. First of all the mixed drinks including the frozen are $13.99. the beers are $7.50. If you wait to purchase drink package on board it's $60 a day, compared to what you can get them for online. BUT, the first day, and first day only you can get buy one deluxe package, get the second half off. my husband and I did this, and if you do the math it equals out to about 5 drinks a day. Just some helpful info,

I just found a casino chip from our Anthem of the Seas trip in October, going on Symphony this weekend, think they will let me exchange it for a Symphony chip? Thanks
-
We checked in yesterday for our Symphony cruise next month, we did not download a picture for our sail and sign, Can't we just do the picture at the port when we are checking in? Thanks

We're going next week, and Boston is the FIRST stop, not the last

Is the 270 cafe free for the various food that they have? Or is a pay venue? What deck is the 270 on? Thanks
-
DH and I are going on Anthem in October out of Cape Liberty, doing the New England tour. Does anyone know how off shore we will he, and if our cell phones will work,? Or will we be charged the enormous roaming fee like we were in the Caribbean? Also have heard Anthem has the best internet service of all the ships, any truth to that rumor? Thanks:):)

We are supposed to board Icon next Saturday the 20th. Little nervous, about the hurricanes. Is it too late to purchase insurance?
