  1. It’s not Royal holding the money; that’s a pretty standard (+- a day or two) to process a credit card refund. I don’t need to know their situation, if waiting a couple weeks for a shore excursion refund hampers their ability to book something else (their words not mine) that’s a problem that should make one take a look at their budgeting.

  10. WOW, the google maps in Miami must be different than the ones in the rest of the world, you are only off by 7 hours or so; if your intention was to demonstrate driving distance from the uprising. No problems in Cap-Hatien
  11. Just like the US the UK FCDO has had this very same advisory in place for several years, I haven't heard brits complain about their travel insurance until the last few days

  15. there is absolutely nothing to worry about. There is nothing in Labadie that these guys are interested in. Decades and decades of cruises stopping in Labadie, and not one single incident, Port au Prince is always on fire or experiencing some other type of sh**show.
  16. Not as it relates to the peninsula of Labadee it is not.
  17. Independence had docked; let’s all have a moment of silence and reflection for the safety of the passengers………..especially those with UK based travel insurance <sarcasm>
