It’s not Royal holding the money; that’s a pretty standard (+- a day or two) to process a credit card refund. I don’t need to know their situation, if waiting a couple weeks for a shore excursion refund hampers their ability to book something else (their words not mine) that’s a problem that should make one take a look at their budgeting.

What incidences? the fishing boat floatila a few years ago that was a peaceful protest over fuel prices? there have been NO incidences at this port -
Bands rotate throughout venues at differing times throughout the week and can change from week to week

Just like the US the UK FCDO has had this very same advisory in place for several years, I haven't heard brits complain about their travel insurance until the last few days -

there is absolutely nothing to worry about. There is nothing in Labadie that these guys are interested in. Decades and decades of cruises stopping in Labadie, and not one single incident, Port au Prince is always on fire or experiencing some other type of sh**show.- 186 replies
