  1. Hello everyone, On some other ships, when registering opens for your cruise, you able to book a time to embark. Is this the same on celebrity or do they assign you a time?

  3. Thank you. It’s for my son to get him out of our room. When I do a mock booking that category does not come up. I checked under both veranda and inside rooms. I will assume that they are all taken.
  4. I just learned that solo cabins are available on Apex. I can’t see any category for this for the dates I want. Does that mean they are sold out? How do I find these solo cabins? Thanks

  6. I am sorry everyone. I was just trying to be helpful. I am the one who posted the video but am in no way associated with the person who made the video. I watched it because I was considering looking into this. The responses have been helpful to me with regards to helping make the distinction as to what is and is not include. No click bait intended

  8. I really don’t know the answer but I did just watch a recent YouTube video specifically about move up bid on celebrity. The person was very upset that they bid $1,200 per person ( if I remember correctly) for concierge class room which should have had drinks, wifi and tips.. they found out that the move up was only for the room and did not include drinks, wifi and tips. I don’t know the room they had prior but do know that it did not include those items. She was not a happy camper and I can’t say I blame her. This was a fairly recent YouTube video.
  9. We are also cruising with our son from Dec 30 to Jan 6. He is in his 3 rd year with Mcmaster. I was worried about when classes would start back. He contacted the registers office and they indicated that they do not have the schedule yet. This was in Dec. I took the chance and booked. I have not booked flights yet. He is staying in the same room as us. When I asked celebrity about possible cancellation they indicated that it would not be an issue and that they would adjust the price down and the deposit we paid for him would go to our fare. Final payment is due sometime in Sept. I am confident that we will know the return to school date by then

  11. I would agree. I was disappointed too that I could not order case of water. I know I can get it on the ship which is fine but I like to take bottled water with me on excursions. Will it ruin my vacation….no. It would just be a nice to have.
  12. Thank you for all the replies. I guess I will be bring water and sofa on board. Normally I do drink the water on the ship but I like to have some to take with us on excursions. I really wished that the would not gouge us. If it was more reasonably priced I would just buy a package.
  13. I searched the FAQ on the Celebrity site but could not find the answer. I have two question. Are you allowed to bring cases of water or sofa on board? If yes how much? Where can I find this. Also, can we purchase case of water from celebrity and have it delivered. I could not find anything in the celebrity store. Thank you
