Yes, easy to do using live chat feature on the Princess website.
I'm not familiar with this feature. Can you please explain where to find this on the website. Thanks

We have sailed mostly on Royal and Celebrity. When I would select a guarantee cabin on these cruise lines you are allowed to switch the cabin to any available cabin within that category. Can you do that on Princess?

Hello and thanks for the information. Does anyone know Venezia's abbreviation?
-
We are early dinner.
On Royal or Celebrity there is an email address that you can contact them. I was hoping that it is the same on Carnival.

As soon as someone gets news menus it would be appreciated if you can post.
Thanks

Hello, what is the email address for the Carnival dining department. I have a group of friends meeting up in January on the Venezia and would like to arrange sitting at nearby tables.
Thanks

What is the difference between an Ocean View and a Prime Ocean View?
It seems that the only difference that I see is where they are on deck three.
The regular OV seem to have a better placement as they are away from the Centrum and it's noise. Are the Ocean View cabins noisy, and are there specific ones to choose and to avoid?
Thanks

Yes, I did realize that, I mistakenly called it a balcony. But thanks for pointing that out.

We are planning on booking a balcony and for health reasons can't be near smoking. On Royal we know where to avoid the smoking but are unfamiliar with this class of ships. Thanks

Thanks to all for the great information.

Hello, we are experienced cruisers but have never been on MSC. We are thinking about taking a 7 nite on the Preziosa next fall out of Southampton. It is port intensive so we are just looking for a place to sleep. There seems to be numerous choices for cabins and I'm a bit confused.
I'm thinking of getting an interior guarantee and taking a chance. I have taken cruises in the past in various guarantee cabins but I was knowledgeable about what I can get.
This time I am blind as to what I can end up with. Any help is appreciated.

It's been my experience that a 10:30 arrival time is not offered, if at all, until late in the 30-day window.
In either case, 10 AM luggage drop is probably OK.
So what you are saying they didn't allow people to register until 11:30 yet you dropped off your luggage at 10?

Taking a Jewel cruise next week and the earliest check-in times is 11:30am. Usually they start at 10am and I have a question. I am renting a car and would like to drop my luggage and then return the car and take a taxi back without schlepping all the bags into the taxi. Being that 11:30 is the earliest time slot, how early will I be able to drop the luggage to the port workers?

We are going on Anthem in a few weeks. I was wondering if they will still negotiate the prices in Chops, Izumi, etc. on the first couple of days. In the past the waiters walking around Windjammer would knock off a percentage to book the meal. If they are indeed still doing it, what are you finding the current deals they are giving?
Thanks

Thanks again

Interiors are 188 square feet deluxe 206. I've had a deluxe on Edge and Apex beds are by bathroom regardless of configuration
Thanks for your information. So am I to assume that the deluxe is the better choice if there isn't a large difference in cost?
In addition to the size are they in better placement on the deck, such as midship? Any other positives?

We are deciding which interior cabin is best for us, but have questions.
First, what is the difference between an interior cabin and a Deluxe interior cabin?
And, do interior cabins alternate where the bed is placed in the cabin? We prefer the bed to not be right there when you walk into the cabin.
Thanks

We have a cruise on December 10. I'm assuming that either Nassau or Port Canaveral will be cancelled.

Nassau now removed for the December 3, 10, and 17th sailings.
We are on the 10th sailing and didn't receive any notification.

I noticed on the Chops menu that it says,"please select one" in each food category. Are they enforcing that with the appetizer course?
And on Jewel are they allowing you to move the BOGO to another night from day 1 or 2?

If we decide not to do any excursion and just take a walk can you describe what the town is like where the ship docks. Is it a quaint town with shops, restaurants and other sites?
