  1. Does the Escape still have a dedicated cigar lounge?
  2. Does the Divina still have a cigar lounge (do many cigarette smokers utilize it? So many ships these days are turning them into another venue.
  3. We were looking at booking a cruise in January, on a ship that has a dedicated Cigar Lounge. I know that MSC has one, but our choice has been narrowed down to the Norwegian Jewel (or Escape) and Caribbean Princess. My question is this: is cigarette smoking permitted in the Cigar lounge on either of the ships I have mentioned? I do not smoke cigarettes, but my DH likes to smoke cigars, and doesn't like cigarettes. (It's hard to be me..lol) TY in advance...
  4. So.....as we drive over to the cruise port to embark the cruise and our return flight is from San Juan TO FLL, would we be able to use this? The letter indicates "flying from FLL."
  5. Exactly! We love Lester's Diner...old Florida diner with great atmosphere...and prices are great!
  6. All ships have problems. We have had no air, toilet problems. It is just that these days, with social media readily available, you hear most of the worst of what might happen, not the best. We sailed on the Summit in November last year, and booked her again for October of this year. There were no problems with the condition of the ship, nor anything else for that matter during the time we sailed.

  8. Does anyone sailing in a suite tip their room attendants a little more, in addition to the tips already applied? We were able to upgrade to a Celebrity Suite, and would like to know what others do. Thanks in advance...
  9. And always, ALWAYS print out a copy of the transaction you make to make sure it is on your account when you get on the ship...on our last cruise (recently), before we left, I called Celebrity to make sure the OBC was showing up on our account, and I was advised it was there. We got on the ship and they didn't have the info in their computer. I showed the rep the receipt that I printed out, and she still questioned it...it took 3 days for the ship had any record of it in their computers...
  10. Anyone know why the Freedom is coming in so late or coming back to port?
  11. Glad you enjoy your cruise! We booked the Summit again for the repositioning cruise to San Juan in October! Also, new ports for us, so we are very excited.
  12. We also received the tote while sailing early Feb. on the Reflection.
  13. We were on the Summit in a Sky Suite in November...what a treat! So good that while we were on the Reflection, we decided to book the Summit Sky Suite in October for the repositioning cruise to San Juan, for the sole reason that it will go to ports we have never been to. Can't wait!
  14. We had a Suite Guarantee on the Summit in November, and were assigned a accessible Sky Suite...beautiful room.
  15. I have a question regarding Michael's Club/Retreat Lounge...I have heard talk that Michael's club/Retreat Lounge that you have to be Aqua Suite or higher to be admitted entrance to Michael's on the Reflection....it is this true?
  16. I mentioned it because this is where we sat to smoke cigars. No one ever said anything....
  17. I don't see this on the website anywhere. Where else can I find the form?
  18. We were on the Summit last month. My husband found that the best place to smoke his cigars was on Deck 4 Port Side. There is cover from the deck above (but still open air flow) and a few chairs and coffee tables. Hardly ever busy. There is also a smoking section the Port side of the pool deck, with many chairs, but rarely did he find a seat open....and yes, upstairs on the Port side of the Mast Bar, again just a few seats available.
  19. We were on the Retreat on the Summit in November and we were not charged anything xtra re: the drinks above $17.00.
  20. We were on the Summit (sister ship to the Constellation) last month and the best place to smoke is on Deck 4 port side...covered open area, and pretty much out of the wind. Most people went up to the pool deck on the port side, and those seats were always in use. Other area is port side by the bar; but only a few areas to sit.
  21. So, is the smoking section down only by the men's room, or is it the whole side of the back of the ship down to where the Sunset Bar is located?
