Who can explain the pros and cons of Flight Ease. From what I see there are three options. Restricted, Flexible and Flexible with early ticketing. Can someone explain these three options. For my flight choices the difference between Restricted and Flexible was less than $8 on a $500 flight.

You may have misunderstood. I don't want the same time every night. I want to dine at different times and for example; Call at 5p and make a reservation for 7:15p. Can I do this?
