I’m so glad to have a Jim & Iain treasure to follow while I recover from my February fall while on Silhouette (rushing to helipad & biffed it big time). I’m having a reverse shoulder replacement next week. Had to delay my surgery as hubs just had detached retina surgery (on same day he was supposed to have gallbladder surgery! His gallbladder is now this week). Getting older is not for the faint of heart!! thank you for the great list of audiobooks…we’ll both be using this list while we recover. Safe journey & can’t wait for more great posts! Melody

Decided to have Les’s bday 10 days early as he has the gallbladder surgery on Wednesday. The girls outdid themselves, our son FaceTimed in. We had a lovely day. Melody

Exciting for Margaret & Laurie with the eclipse! Les has retina appt on Monday (vision is very slowly starting to improve ❤️. He still can’t see well enough to drive. His gallbladder surgery is Wednesday where we’re not sure what he’ll feel like eating afterwards we’re having his 75th bday celebration early on this Saturday my shoulder replacement is the 17th. Crazy times here. Son is moving to Omaha this weekend, he’s been in Dallas & Atlanta for the past month at a training class for his new job. Fits in Saturday night & gets his UHaul & empties his storage unit & drives out Sunday…hopefully missing the snowstorm coming Monday; starts new job on Monday. Whirlwind!!! Les still can’t see out of the left eye, Dr appt tomorrow morning for that. I think he’s looking at more eye surgery. His gallbladder surgery is 10 April & my shoulder replacement is 17 April In All that I totally forgot Easter is Sunday! Melody
