  1. Good luck. I doubt you will have much of a problem with an hour and a half turn around. Interesting you could not check your bags all the way through. Getting your bags, checking them with Delta, and going through Security is going to eat into that time as well. You'll be lucky if you get to visit the Delta Sky Lounge.
  2. I submitted via the web site above on 10/6. Yesterday, I received an email said they could not read the file I sent, a .png formatted picture. I converted it to .PDF and just re-submitted via the web site again. This is for three cruises, one Royal and two Celebrity, in 2023.
  3. Your drinks, up to $14.00, will be covered by your Diamond vouchers. You do not pay gratuity. You will not get a bill, they will just bring you back your drink, and your card if they took it.
  4. I read that i still do not see how they both get 14 points each and it is additive to both of them. I can understand if one has more points than the other the one with the most would get 14, not 28, and both would then have the the highest number.
  5. Do you know Bad Ass Coffee Company on Maui was still in business? We use to drink a lot of that when we lived in Hawaii and at one time was able to find it here in Northern Virginia. They have a Kona Peaberry that was wonderful.
  6. So are you saying that your wife will get 14 points for her solo balcony and you will get 14 points for your solo balcony and they will add to each other's points total giving you both 28 points for this cruise? I had no idea it worked that way if you were on the same cruise.
  7. Yes, sharing is ground upon but I am sure many fill the cup with their partners choice and share in the privacy of their cabin.
  8. I know of no Junior Suites that have two toilets.
  9. If I understand it correctly, the SL Concierge are not part of the gratuties program. We also tip them depending on the level and quality of service they provide. I agree 100%, Romana was the best SL Concierge we have encountered on Royal Caribbean. She was always offering to book us into iFly and North Star, even though we were booked on those our first cruise. I am anxious to see if there is as much interaction with the SL Concierge on Harmony as there was with Romana. It has been our experience that the SL Concierge's on the Oasis Class ships are really focused on the Pinnacles and Star Class cruisers. I believe the location of the Quantum Class Suite Lounge had a lot to do with her being more accessible. Now if only had a bar that was open 1100-2300 🙂
  10. I remember Harvey Wallbangers from my early Navy days. I once got into a 'discussion' with a bartender on the price. It seems, because of the way the bar menu charged a premium for speciality drinks, a Harvey Wallbanger was $1.00 more than an Italian Screwdriver .. but they are the same drink. But hey, that was in the 70's when I was young.
  11. Get that bottle's grand daddy and put the baby back to grow up.
  12. The closest one to us is 27 miles away. I can not tell you when the last time we went to the PX it is just not the convenient or that much of a savings any more. However, when we do go there, alcohol is one of the things i do stock up on, especially Bailey's Irish Cream.
  13. Is that the area that is separated by a short wall? I believe they had that sectioned off for "Diamond Breakfast" area on one of our cruises. Loved that location as it was quiet and as you said, very close to the kitchen but not so much that it was bothersome.
  14. I have friends that buy Black Box Cabernet Sauvignon in the 3 liter boxes and swear by it. We just had a discussion last night on our monthly virtual meeting about the difference in prices for it, depending on which store you bought it at. Ranged from $13.99 to 21.99 for the same item. My plan is to buy some and try it once my current inventory goes down a little more.
  15. Royal Caribbean considers each cruise as an independent cruise. Separate booking number is given to each one whether B2B or B2B2B2B...2B. On our last BTB, we had checked in for the second leg. On turn around day they asked us for our room number and gave us our new keys (Set Sail Pass). The couple next to us had not done the check in and had to got through all the steps, Credit Card, Pictures, etc. before they received their room key. So, is it mandatory, no. Does it save you a few minutes - yes. None of us doing the B2B were taken to the off ship holding area until everyone had been processed, including the family of four that showed up late.
  16. Thanks. I have stopped taking a camera with me, even my Nikon point and shoot. My iPhone 13 Pro Max takes amazing pictures and apparently the 12 does as well.
  17. I have had few, if any issues, with it on my iPad.
  18. I have a short, 12 inch cord, four outlet, power strip that I carry everywhere. It has been on many cruises with me. One time it was taken by security and held until the end of the cruise when I had to stop by the table and pick it up.
  19. As others have said, you keep what package you originally had. However, in the Retreat Lounge / Michael's Club you can get whatever drinks you want as the package is not used in the Lounge. If the ship you are sailing on has a Retreat. Sundeck, then you get what is covered by your drink package or pay the difference. Same in Luminae.
  20. We did a B2B the end of 8/29 -9/12 on Quantum and our Suite Concierge Romana was wonder. She went out of her way day in and day out for all her guest. When it came time to leave the ship, we met her in Bolaro's, where the B2B also gathered and she simply said to let her know when we were ready to leave. When we were ready, she walked us to the security stand at the gangway, bypassing everyone in line, and we said our goodbyes to her there. I thought the Allure, along with all Oasis class ships, did a 1100 - 2300 free drinks in the suite lounge and that only the Quantum class did drinks 5 - 8 in the suite lounge?
  21. Interesting. I have always found the officers on Celebrity more visible and approachable than on their sister cruise line. The Captain on our last Reflection cruise made it a point to say something to us each time we met and even knew our names, which surprised me. I can't recall the last time I see a senior officer on RCL outside of the C&A Top Tier event, which I seldom attend.
