Ok, as preparing my first cruise over Mediterranean, patron me to ask this "here we go again" question, I know it can be totally personal option. During your trip, is there any case the passport really in need? I plan to take copy ( digital and paper ), but the passport stay in cabin safe UNLESS absolutely in need at someplace offshore. I figured my chance to miss boat then need travel with passport is wayyyy less than lost it during extrusion.

Well, Regal is circling over Mediterranean this summer. You may book 7, 14 or even 21 days. My family booked a 14 days trip long time ago. While now my in-laws try to join, not much room left to select. But there are much more room choices if you look as two individual 7 days trip. Cost-wise difference is minimum. For us Barcelona is a regular port day but that's also the embark for the 2nd trip. Wondering , anyone has experiences how that may be managed? They are willing to change rooms but don't want to lost too much time from visiting Barcelona.
